GGuest UserThe First time in my life we had such informative receptionist, he informed us about all important things in the hotel and was super helpful & friendly. The hotel itself is pretty new at good price and really good equipped. I would choose the exact same hotel if I were in Mainz for the next time

GGuest UserModernly renovated hotel near Mainz Central Station. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Well renovated, everything is new. Very clean. Air conditioning works. Unfortunately, the entire building is poorly soundproofed, you can hear people in other rooms. Check-in was professional, but could have been friendlier. Internet works, but it's slow.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay very much! The location is excellent, just a few steps away from the main attractions. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. The breakfast buffet offered a great choice and was of high quality. I can only recommend this hotel warmly and look forward to my next visit!

There is no air conditioning in the room, which is a flaw for people who are afraid of heat.
Everything else is impeccable, the breakfast is rich, the sanitation is excellent, and the hotel also provides free indoor parking.

JJIANDIANThe hotel is very quiet and safe in a residential area. The boss is very good at serving, the authentic German uncle. The room is big enough, which is rare in Europe. Warm heating is a warm and happy winter. It is about a kilometer from the city center and is within walking distance. Going to the pedestrian street, the shopping mall area is tired, eating enough to drink in the bar, then walking back, it is a wonderful memory!

GGuest UserThe hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well-connected to the city centre via public transport -- the bus stop was a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel through very pretty neighbourhoods with regional charm.
