Guest Userexcellent hotel at a perfect location. The view on rhine river is excellent and the historic city center and Roman remains are within walking distance. The staff are friendly but some appear a bit overworked on a slightly busy day. The communication about challenges with room availability are really poor. Thus the manager may need to take the time to train some of the staff in basics required at a hotel of this level

The First time in my life we had such informative receptionist, he informed us about all important things in the hotel and was super helpful & friendly. The hotel itself is pretty new at good price and really good equipped. I would choose the exact same hotel if I were in Mainz for the next time

Guest UserModernly renovated hotel near Mainz Central Station. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Well renovated, everything is new. Very clean. Air conditioning works. Unfortunately, the entire building is poorly soundproofed, you can hear people in other rooms. Check-in was professional, but could have been friendlier. Internet works, but it's slow.

I enjoyed my stay very much! The location is excellent, just a few steps away from the main attractions. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. The breakfast buffet offered a great choice and was of high quality. I can only recommend this hotel warmly and look forward to my next visit!

In addition to the remote location, otherwise it is not the price now.
There is no air conditioning in the room, which is a flaw for people who are afraid of heat.
Everything else is impeccable, the breakfast is rich, the sanitation is excellent, and the hotel also provides free indoor parking.

Guest UserThere is a bus stop right in front and across from the hotel. It was about half a hop and two stops away, so it was easy to move with a suitcase. It takes about 7 minutes to walk. The room was clean and meticulously organized every day, so I felt good when I left and came back.
I stayed in a 3-person room, and although the bed was small, I rested comfortably in my own bed. The front desk staff were always very friendly too!

The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well-connected to the city centre via public transport -- the bus stop was a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel through very pretty neighbourhoods with regional charm.
