"The place was clean, and the view next to the Rhine river was nice. However, the workers didn't speak English well, but they managed to assist me. A good stay in general"

Great

Staff was friendly and accommodating, the place is an easy walk from Mainz Hbf so train and local amenities are near, room was warm, I had a queen room but they use two singles put together which I felt was strange as you can only really sleep on one side but it was comfortable to sleep, room isn't quiet, the trains are near the hotel so early morning it can be noisy if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the people in the rooms next to you, I had a guy with the deepest snore next to me it was like the room was vibrating, if you are a deep sleeper then its perfect otherwise light sleepers might have trouble.

I enjoyed my stay very much! The location is excellent, just a few steps away from the main attractions. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. The breakfast buffet offered a great choice and was of high quality. Guest UserThe location is very convenient, there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel's facilities are average, and you can smell the smell of urine in the bathroom after entering the room. Although the cleaning is still clean, it is estimated that the water level has re-seepage or anti-odor.
