"We arrived at noon and the check-in was not only friendly and efficient, but we were allowed to move into the room despite the early hour. The room was a bit old-fashioned, I would say typical 1990s style, but still functional and very clean. The breakfast was OK, but nothing more, the breakfast room was too small for the crowds and not staffed enough. The hotel staff were all very friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel is great, right next to the main train station."

"Excellent location, just outside the main train station. Also walking distance from Konigsplatz where buses and trams go across the city. Not much variety on breakfast menu but sufficient to get going. Small rooms but cosy and clean. Good and convenient place to stay when on a short business trip."

AAnonymous UserI don't know what the current standards of Home Inns and 7 Days Inns in China are like, but this Holiday Inn Express seems nothing like Holiday Inn. My god, it's so shabby. The sink is incredibly high. I saw a short, elderly woman living on the road, and I thought her sink wasn't even as high as the one in this hotel. The breakfast was terrible, and the taste wasn't great either. There was no lye bread or sausage. We had dinner at a restaurant near City Hall. It wasn't crowded, and it was mostly locals, so the food was okay.

GGuest UserCheck-in was smooth and the receptionist was very nice. The bed was clean and the room seemed clean overall — except for one shocking detail. Minutes before checkout, we found a used menstrual cup on the closet floor.
We had arrived late after a long day of travel, so we only went straight to shower and sleep, and didn’t notice it until the morning. This shows the room was not properly cleaned before our stay. For a hotel, this is absolutely unacceptable and a serious hygiene issue.

PPENGThere are many breakfast patterns. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. Due to the problem of laptop Internet access, the front desk staff tried many times. Although they failed to solve the problem, they were friendly and enthusiastic. There is a supermarket Lidl next to the hotel, which is convenient for shopping.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel rooms were tidy as shown in the photo, and I used the room opposite the elevator, but I could hardly hear people sounding better than I thought.
I was surprised that there was a separate air conditioner! I have enjoyed the air conditioner properly 🥰
The bed mattress was really the best 👍🏼 Every time I sleep in many hotels, the mattress is uncomfortable, so I couldn't sleep properly, but I slept properly 🤩

I can recommend this hotel without conditions. If I come back to Augsburg, I will come back in any case 🙋🏻

GGuest UserThe advantages and disadvantages are very obvious, and the price/performance ratio is medium to high.
Advantages: It is too convenient to go out of the train station. Located in the old city, it takes less than 15 minutes to walk to the central scenic spots such as the Municipal Square. There is also an Oriental supermarket not far from the side, which is opened by Chinese and can be bought with all kinds of Chinese items (including instant noodles and seasonings). The environment in the house is still clean, there is a hot water bottle, but the quilt is small. The restaurant is small, but the ingredients are very rich, breakfast has salmon and various fruits. What is interesting is Figure 2, a terracotta warrior in the front desk lobby.
Disadvantages: Unlike a commercially operated hotel, for example, there is no 24-hour front desk, like a warm family workshop. We arrived at around 9:30 in the morning and were told that the front desk had not yet gone to work. There was an aunt who cleaned up the restaurant. She was not bad. Tell us that we can store our luggage for free. Someone check in at the front desk at about 11:30.
In short, the price is expensive at the train station, but it is not bad.
