"I was at the hotel and I get other 3keys when I personally booked for 4 room !!! I went out to club with friends when I returned to the hotel I didn’t get my key to my room I waited at the reception for more than 1 hours non of your staff came out .. I have to sleep outside that day ,,, am not happy with the service and I didn’t use the room because nobody gave me keys to my room I booked"

"Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was very nice. The bed was clean and the room seemed clean overall — except for one shocking detail. Minutes before checkout, we found a used menstrual cup on the closet floor.
We had arrived late after a long day of travel, so we only went straight to shower and sleep, and didn’t notice it until the morning. This shows the room was not properly cleaned before our stay. For a hotel, this is absolutely unacceptable and a serious hygiene issue."

Amazing
EEugWeOK for one night. Clean, unfortunately. No fridge, no air conditioning or fan, which made it quite stuffy in the summer. TV has lots of channels. WiFi wasn't good.

AAnonymous UserI don't know what the current standards of Home Inns and 7 Days Inns in China are like, but this Holiday Inn Express seems nothing like Holiday Inn. My god, it's so shabby. The sink is incredibly high. I saw a short, elderly woman living on the road, and I thought her sink wasn't even as high as the one in this hotel. The breakfast was terrible, and the taste wasn't great either. There was no lye bread or sausage. We had dinner at a restaurant near City Hall. It wasn't crowded, and it was mostly locals, so the food was okay.

Perfect location: the most center of the city, near the transportation interface and pedestrian area, but at the same time quiet and quiet. Very delicious breakfasts. The service is also high, respond to any request. I will definitely stop here again.

GGuest UserIt's very close to the train station. I walked here by myself. It's a few hundred meters away from the tourist attraction, the municipal square. For lunch, go to Qinghuan. The supermarket is very convenient. The only thing is that there is a cemetery next to it. If you don't mind, it's very convenient to stay.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel rooms were tidy as shown in the photo, and I used the room opposite the elevator, but I could hardly hear people sounding better than I thought.
I was surprised that there was a separate air conditioner! I have enjoyed the air conditioner properly 🥰
The bed mattress was really the best 👍🏼 Every time I sleep in many hotels, the mattress is uncomfortable, so I couldn't sleep properly, but I slept properly 🤩
Crazy good mattress, really well sleeped 🤓
I can recommend this hotel without conditions. If I come back to Augsburg, I will come back in any case 🙋🏻
