"Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was very nice. The bed was clean and the room seemed clean overall — except for one shocking detail. Minutes before checkout, we found a used menstrual cup on the closet floor.
We had arrived late after a long day of travel, so we only went straight to shower and sleep, and didn’t notice it until the morning. This shows the room was not properly cleaned before our stay. For a hotel, this is absolutely unacceptable and a serious hygiene issue."

Very good hotel, nothing to complain about. Clean and cozy. Ideal location: the very center of the city, close to the transport interchange and pedestrian area, but quiet and calm. Very tasty breakfasts. The service is also at a high level, they respond to any request. I will definitely stay here again.

This adorable hotel is located right near central train station and is 2-3 min scooter to the central plaza on Augsburg. We requested a room facing opposite to the street and it was quiet and peaceful. The view from our window was gorgeous during sunset. The staff accommodated our needs for an extra blanket. The room has all the basics (but no refrigerator or iron).

It was good I was surprised that the hotel staff kept changing. Everyone was friendly In particular, the woman and the slightly older man with gray hair were so sweet that I was very happy until I checked out. thank you When I come back to Augsburg I want to come here again :)
