EEugWeOK for one night. Clean, unfortunately. No fridge, no air conditioning or fan, which made it quite stuffy in the summer. TV has lots of channels. WiFi wasn't good.

GGuest UserNice and clean property. Breakfast options are good and sufficient. 5 mins walk to the tram line 2. Service is good. No front desk post 11pm, so make sure not to loose the key if returning late.

RRiaThis adorable hotel is located right near central train station and is 2-3 min scooter to the central plaza on Augsburg. We requested a room facing opposite to the street and it was quiet and peaceful. The view from our window was gorgeous during sunset. The staff accommodated our needs for an extra blanket. The room has all the basics (but no refrigerator or iron).

LLidija ZThe whole issue was a family we have booked. We have booked a room for two adults and two children via trip.com but in the system there was a reservation only for two adults. After showing the prof of booking for 4 persons, the hotel staff provide small chair-bed.. but generally it was not very comfortable.. Apparently the whole issue was a with intermediator/ agency. However, not sure that we would go again to this hotel..

AAnonymous UserThe hotel rooms were tidy as shown in the photo, and I used the room opposite the elevator, but I could hardly hear people sounding better than I thought.
I was surprised that there was a separate air conditioner! I have enjoyed the air conditioner properly 🥰
The bed mattress was really the best 👍🏼 Every time I sleep in many hotels, the mattress is uncomfortable, so I couldn't sleep properly, but I slept properly 🤩
Crazy good mattress, really well sleeped 🤓
I can recommend this hotel without conditions. If I come back to Augsburg, I will come back in any case 🙋🏻
