"helpful kind staff and hotel well positioned near train station, not far from the old city. the room was very dark with walls mostly painted black. the bed was comfortable and clean but overall the carpet was very dirty. the hotel accepts dogs and this being the case, the rugs and decor should be changed more regularly to control smells and stains in the rugs and carpet. the worse thing was actually the smell from the bathroom which was a heavy stench of sewer. no air conditioning so we had to have the window open to remove smells. not a comfortable nor restful stay."

When I had to pick it up: - I waited 10 minutes at the reception - no one greeted - When I asked about the order, I was told that since I didn't call back on the day of the order, nothing was there. I would suggest to revise the courtesy standard. Furthermore, if the kitchen is open, it could be a solution to offer an alternative. Thank you for this Valentine's Day! - Menu ordered for a special occasion one day up front and aligned up to the last detail. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. "This hotel is consistently maintained baroque style furnished in a large villa, surrounded by a park. Style Roman emperors (overall SPQR and paintings of gladiators and Roman emperors. Italian food and Italian staff. Fantastic restaurant and breakfast with genuine orange juice. We have enjoyed!"
