Hotels with Breakfast in Zhaoqing

The facilities and environment are very new. Being a standalone hotel, it's independently operated, so there aren't many people coming and going, making it very safe and clean. The high ceilings prevent any feeling of being cramped, truly a great place to relax! The room is spacious and very clean, though it was missing a sofa. The bathroom is large, and showering is very comfortable with excellent water pressure and quick drainage. Breakfast isn't independently run by the hotel, but the variety is rich, and refills are prompt, though dairy products were missing. All the staff greet you with a smile, especially the cleaning staff who have an excellent service attitude. The price is incredibly reasonable! I'll definitely come again!

Really nice guesthouse. It's quite far out of the city but near Ziyungu, which is off the beaten track and allows dogs, a lovely day's walk. Also close to Dinghu Mountain (no dogs allowed). It's about 25 minutes to the city by Didi. They have a couple of dogs, a Labrador and Collie, both friendly. Nice vegetarian breakfast. Chose the room with the courtyard, lovely just sitting in the sun chilling. Would go back again for the hotel.

Two hours after leaving Vienna, I suddenly realized I'd forgotten my ring at the hotel! My heart plummeted. Just to give it a try, I contacted the hotel and explained the situation. The staff was incredibly friendly, reassuring me not to worry and immediately sending someone to my room to look for it. What touched me most was that they not only carefully checked under the bed (where I eventually found it), but even went out of their way to check in the trash can! The whole process took less than 20 minutes, and they successfully found it and notified me! Their speed, responsible attitude, and attention to detail were truly heartwarming. I sincerely thank the staff for their dedication! I highly recommend this hotel for its dedicated and attentive service!

The environment here is really nice. The room was clean and tidy, with lush greenery outside the window, making for a very comfortable stay 🌿. Supermarkets and restaurants are all nearby, and getting around is convenient. The front desk lady was super friendly and patient, answering all my questions and even proactively helping with my luggage 🧳. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 👍

Very elegante, cozy boutique hotel. Waterfront by the lake. Very relaxing. The decor and ambient is really nice. Room very spacious, very well decorated. We stayed in the lake view room with bathtub, great balcon facing the lake and street with falling blossom flowers. Free daily fruits in bedroom. Staff very welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast from the hotel, limited to Chinese food, noodles, vegetables, eggs. Enough but lack of other options. Nice rooftop terrace to relax or enjoy breakfast. Hotel is in a quit street, next to some bistro restaurants and convenience store. Walking distance from downtown with malls and a lot of restaurants, about 15 minutes. Good to ride bicicles, take long walks. Extra tip, we found a wine celler nearby, great atmosphere for a glass of wine, called 'moon lounge'. 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We were not expecting new year's eve celebration but had the surprise of a lot to explore outside along the lake, with street food, vendors, games and performance. Also fireworks that we could watch from the hotel balcony. Really nice reflections on the lake. To come back again.

Environment: The B&B is not far from the Seven Star Rock View and the entrance to the archway. The room and terrace are spacious and face the lake view, which is good. But it happened that the neighbor was renovating, which made me feel a little annoyed. There are many restaurants in the village, but the two meals were disappointing and I dare not try again! ! I would rather walk more than ten minutes to Xinghu Avenue for dining. In addition, there is a small stall (outdoor environment) located outside the entrance of the archway that you can try. It serves breakfast, noodle rice, glutinous rice cakes, tofu curd and other food. It tastes good and the owner is very nice. Service: We are happy to assist guests, such as asking for two extra pillows and replacing broken water pots. Hygiene: Average, acceptable. Facilities: basic toiletries, sufficient air conditioning, and powerful faucets! ! There is no elevator in the B&B, so please be careful if you have large luggage! ! Summer in Zhaoqing is very hot, I believe it will be more comfortable if you go there in autumn and winter! !

Highly recommend the Zhifeng Hotel! As always, I love Zhifeng's vintage coffee-themed style. The lobby greets you with a subtle aroma of coffee, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with a spacious layout. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress was just the right firmness. The soundproofing was excellent. Hot water was consistent, and facilities were comprehensive. The coffee bar offers a pleasant environment, perfect for relaxing during downtime. The location is convenient for getting around, and overall, it offers great value for money. It's my top choice for business trips and leisure travel; I'll definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a family room made up of two connected rooms, which was spacious enough for our needs, though it only had one toilet. The hotel is centrally located with plenty of eateries nearby, making it very convenient for meals. However, on the third day of our stay, the toilet bowl became badly clogged and could not be flushed after use. The hotel did send staff up to clear the blockage, but it was still quite inconvenient, especially for a family room with only one bathroom.

The room size is the same as that of an average family's. It is a homestay converted from a private residence. The scenery is nice, with the lake just outside the window. The bedding is clean and has no odor. The hygiene is good. The landlord is hospitable and the service is thoughtful. It would be better if there were some paper cups for guests to rinse their mouths. After all, I don’t dare to use cups. Also, it feels really awkward to put shower gel, shampoo, etc. directly on the toilet.

Although Zhaoqing is a lovely place the transport to reach there from Kaiping was practically nonexistent. We almost scraped the idea of visiting until we found that we could transit and change to a bus from Jiangmen. Unfortunately we also hit another hitch at the Zhaoqing bus station because there was no public transport to the 7 Star Crags area where the hotel is located. However the pretty lady owner came to the rescue and picked us up. How cool is that? The lady boss is second to none. She was extremely helpful - suggesting places for food and attractions & even the order of doing them. Definitely the best part of staying here is her. But her Homestay is great too. It’s very well located in front of the beautiful famous lake so we’re able to capture sunset and sunrise scenes easily. In retrospect we should have stayed at least another night. Maybe we will meet again?
