"My wife and I recently stayed at Wyndham Grand on 5/7-5/9 and would like to share our experiences and moments. We stayed at the Superior Lake View room and found the room very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony really worth the price. Swimming pool is magnificent. Also, we want to commend the front desk team, especially Miss Cara Yu for their outstanding service.
From check-in to checkout, 小余 demonstrated remarkable professionalism and genuine warmth. She proactively provided personalized dining recommendations, sight seeing points marked on the map for us and reminded us about the weather change which was very heartfelt. "The room is located in the garden on the ground floor. It is clean and tidy. The service is very good. The decoration of the B&B is very unique. There is live singing in the restaurant next door in the evening. If you have young children or need to rest early, it is recommended to choose other room types. Parents live upstairs and they are not worried. noisy. We had a barbecue dinner at the B&B in the evening. There was a KTV, and the parents and children were very happy."

"Had a good stay in Sheraton, it will be my future spot to go when racing in GIC again. The food was great, the hotel is nice and the surroundings are beautiful. Easy access from Zhaoqing with the brand new highway. Quiet and nice spot, great for a family gateway too (they joined me eventually). "We arrived before the check-in time (11am) thinking to store our luggage at the reception, but the receptionist told us the rooms were ready and was kind enough to check us in early, which was a pleasant surprise :D The rooms were nice and clean, no smell of smoke, stable WiFi connection. The rainfall shower head was a bit leaky, but the regular one works fine. It was a little tricky to get the water to the right temperature, but with some trial and error it's not a big problem. The hotel is located conveniently near the Seven Star Crags (just a tunnel away from the Paifang square), and there are many shops within walking distance. Recommended for travellers visiting Zhaoqing!"

"There is no elevator on the second floor of the hotel, and you can only walk up the stairs. It is indeed not very convenient for people who need to carry luggage. The room only comes with two bottles of mineral water. If you need water in the middle of the night, there is no waiter to deliver it. Even if you pay to buy it, no one will deliver it. You have to go to the self-service vending machine on the first floor to buy it yourself, which is really troublesome! This boss can really improve it. If the details and other value-added services are done well, the customer experience can be better improved. In the form of a buffet breakfast, there are too few breakfast varieties, one porridge, one vegetable, one noodle, corn, egg, sweet potato, egg, milk"

"Parking is in the underground garage, next to the shopping plaza, it is very convenient for eating and shopping, the hotel is super large, it took me a long time to find the room number, the room is quiet, clean and hygienic, and it is very comfortable to stay. The girl at the front desk is very considerate. I asked the waiter to send an extra set of toothbrushes and slippers in advance when there were three of us checking in. __WeChat262068****Two hours after leaving Vienna, I suddenly realized I'd forgotten my ring at the hotel! My heart plummeted. Just to give it a try, I contacted the hotel and explained the situation. The staff was incredibly friendly, reassuring me not to worry and immediately sending someone to my room to look for it. What touched me most was that they not only carefully checked under the bed (where I eventually found it), but even went out of their way to check in the trash can! The whole process took less than 20 minutes, and they successfully found it and notified me! Their speed, responsible attitude, and attention to detail were truly heartwarming. I sincerely thank the staff for their dedication! I highly recommend this hotel for its dedicated and attentive service!

MMariaCThe hotel is located 40 minutes away from GZ South railway station, and 40 minutes Zhaoqing East train station in a great area, 10 minute walk from Scenic areas and the lake. I had a lake view room which was comfortable. There are many restaurants around and you can take boats on the lake to visit different beautiful areas. It is not easy to find at first and as there is no reception and you cannot check-in, so ensure you contact them previously (I called the hotel and got their wechat, we communicated that way). They will give you your room code so you can enter. We had issues with the code and after sending a message a man came very soon to help. The rooms smelled a bit of smoke and they were non-smoking. There is no breakfasts included but plenty of shops around to buy bread, fruit juices, tea shops, luckin coffee, 7 eleven, supermarket, etc. We enjoyed the Thai restaurant just outside the hotel and the Italian Restaurant on the 2nd floor when getting out.

Pros: The place is clean. Bed is on the firmer side which i like. Windows have screens to keep mosquitos away. Drains have no smell. Hot water is hot enough n good pressure.
They provide disposable towels, so you need to bring your own if you r not keen on using disposable.

Cons: like most accommodations in china, you can hear people speaking in hallway. Lucky no noisy neighbors at night. Some constructions carry out in a flat nearby, so noise starts at around 830am. The lift lobbies and hallway still have protective plastics so the building is not fully occupied....

JJu MamaThe hotel is quite new, open in 2022, located right next to Zhaoqing Railway Station and has access connected to the train station, it is very convenient. The other side of the hotel is a bus terminus, so many options of bus routes for travelling around Zhaoqing.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a chat bot in the room for providing certain services/ information (you need to speak and understand Mandarin for the chat bot). A robot helps delivery of amenities.
One side of the hotel rooms are facing a lake, nice view, but as it’s also next to a vehicle route, you may hear noises from traffic (make sure the windows close tightly). The other side of the hotel rooms are facing mountain, quieter this side.
The hotel serves simple breakfast (rather Chinese style).
In general, I am happy for my hotel stay. It’s good value for money.
