Hotels with Breakfast in Hualien

We are very happy with our stay in this inn. Service was tip top. The lady and guy at the reception were very helpful and polite. Knowing that we are muslims and they are so helpful and kind to prepare a meal that has no meat for us. The lady staff even made a special vegetarian order for us to have our breakfast on the go because we needed to leave the inn early for our activity. The guy made an effort to help us read the ingredient list on the snacks they offered with us asking him to. We are really thankful for this gesture. It means alot to us especially traveling to a country where halal food is not easily found. Breakfast was fantastic. We love the salmon toast so much! Room was clean and well maintained. We do want to apologise on our son's behalf for the screams and cry during our stay. He was having a meltdown. Sorry to both the staff having to handle other guest who may have complained to you for the noise. Will we be back? Most definitely.

Best best best hotel we have ever stayed in. Services provided was excellent. All staff were very genuinely. It really felt like a 5 star hotel. We stayed in another 5 star hotel in Jiaoxi which is No. 1 in Jiaoxi but the service cannot be matched. Well done to all the staff. Room was always clean. Thank you to the staff who cleaned our spectacle. It was a nice gesture. Different snacks were topped up everyday. The face mask provided was so good! Surrounding of the hotel was very nice. We had the gorge view and OMG! We don't mind waking up to this view everyday. We hope they will contruct a stairs for guest to go down to the gorge. It is a waste to just see it from the top. Breakfast was good. We could see that they have made an effort to label which is vegetarian and which is not. It's very thoughtful of the restaurant. However, we had a seafood porridge and thought it was purely seafood but notice there was chicken in it but not written. Maybe they can improve in this. Kids are very well entertained in this hotel. They have a huge play room for them. Indoor pool with heated pool is enough to keep the kids occupied for 2hours at least. They also have daily activities and some are free. Thank you Silk Place for the wonderful stay. We will be back.

The room with a balcony and ocean view was absolutely stunning. I regret not arriving earlier to relax more. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Hualien's night market and the beach, making sightseeing easy. Bicycles are also available for rent. Breakfast consists of sandwiches and drinks, which were delicious. Although we checked in at the last minute, the staff were very helpful and kept us informed throughout the process. (I feel really bad for the staff...) For access, you can take a bus or taxi from the station, but depending on the route, buses can be unreliable, so a taxi is recommended. We arrived from another tourist spot, and the bus didn't come, and we couldn't get on the minibus, which was incredibly stressful! In Taiwan, you can call a taxi from a convenience store...how convenient! Definitely try it. Anyway, the rooms are so stylish, I highly recommend everyone visit!! This was the best hotel of our trip to Taiwan :) I want to go again...

My stay here last year was great, so I decided to come back for my round-the-island trip this year. When checking in, I asked the front desk about motorcycle parking. The staff member, whose name tag said 'Intern,' told me I could park anywhere on the white lines along the road next to the hotel. I then asked if the parking lot across the street, where I parked last year, was still an option. A man and a woman next to the counter said that was for cars and heavy motorcycles (even though I wasn't riding a heavy motorcycle last year either). I said 'okay' and went to look for white lines on the road next to the hotel (as shown in the photo). Turns out, the road had just been repaved and there were no markings at all. If you expect us to find our own parking, you should at least clarify that the road markings are gone. I'm not a local, so how would I know what markings used to be there? And the full-time staff member next to the intern also just replied, as if it wasn't their problem, 'You can park on the white lines nearby.' Where exactly are these 'nearby white lines'? Anyway, the breakfast was good. If you're on a budget, I highly recommend this place.

Well strategic location Hotel. The room is bright. But the room housekeeping is very poor. Eventhough i requested to clean the room, the auntie did not clean it. She just tidy up the bed very fast and change new towel. Never vacuum/mop the floor, dust and hair on the floor very obviously. So don’t expect she vacuum the bed if u request to change the bed sheet. Got flea/ bed bugs. I thought my eczema flare up. But once both my parents also experienced the same. And I noticed the bed sheet got a few spots a little dot. Then yeah it’s bed bugs. I hope the housekeeping auntie can make it better.

What they do well: 1. The hotel service is excellent; there's an usher as soon as you enter the lobby. 2. The public areas are clean and well-maintained. Areas for improvement: 1. Soundproofing: I could hear snoring from the adjacent room. 2. Tip prompt card on the bedside table: The staff didn't do anything beyond their standard duties, so why should I be prompted to tip proactively? 3. The sauna facilities are dirty and old. The shower area, with six spots, felt full with just three people.

Stayed two days in a quad room. This was my third stay. The room was very clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly. If there's no parking available, they'll even move their company car and let you park. It's across the street from 7-Eleven, and there's also a TP-Link nearby. Zhongmei Street has many delicious restaurants, so it's quite convenient. If I had to find a negative, it would be: The rooftop pool is quite small. Even with four people in it, it's usually full. It's too hot during the day and only open until around 9 PM. The breakfast on the first floor has a good selection of special dishes, but for some reason the air conditioning isn't cooling enough, so the food is a bit warm. Overall, it's quite good.

The room wasn't as comfortable as it looked in the pictures. The caulk in the bathroom was moldy everywhere. Even through the bedsheet, you could see old stains (bloodstains) on the mattress. It made me feel a bit uneasy staying there. The mini-fridge in the room was just for show (it was broken and didn't cool). Although there's a free snack and drink bar downstairs, there's definitely a lot of room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and hygiene.

Very close to Ocean Park. Good service attitude, late arrivals also provide self-check-in, breakfast is delicious, comfortable environment ～～ The sky is full of stars at night, and the sea view is seen during the day.

The location is convenient and close to the city. The exterior is beautiful and the garden makes people feel relaxed. However, the parking lot is too far from the hotel building. The beds are comfortable and the TV equipment is new.
