My stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The room was well-ventilated, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was very practical. It was spotlessly clean, no dust anywhere, and all the amenities were brand new and fully stocked. The staff were excellent, very professional and genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions. It was quiet and cozy, definitely worth experiencing.

The room was clean and tidy. I stayed on the 10th floor, and although the window couldn't be opened completely, it didn't block out the noise of cars outside. Every morning, I was woken up by the noise of garbage trucks and other vehicles. The bathroom and toilet doors had a semi-transparent glass design, which compromised privacy. I also suggest the hotel add hooks to the bathroom. Furthermore, staff should be instructed not to speak loudly in the hallway outside the room in the morning. I was woken up and had to open the door and ask for quiet before they realized their mistake, but I was already awake and couldn't get a proper rest.

The front desk lady was very considerate and asked me if I needed to do laundry. Laundry is the most necessary thing when traveling during the summer vacation. There is a self-service laundry room here, which is free. Super awesome 👍🏻

The hotel has excellent facilities, convenient parking, and a good breakfast. However, I carelessly left another phone in my room when I checked out. I didn't even notice it when I arrived in another city. It wasn't until I received a call from the hotel staff that I realized I had left my important work phone in the room. Thinking about it now, it's a close call! Thankfully, the hotel staff's thoughtful service saved me from a potentially dangerous situation! I'm truly grateful!

颱風天臨時滯留河源，選了這家美豪麗致，體驗遠超預期。訂的家庭房空間寬敞，裝修很新很有質感，高層視野也舒服。 最暖心的是知道我們因颱風走不了，主動幫延遲退房到下午三點，不用急着收拾趕路。大堂一直備着免費小吃和飲品，還有健身房可以打發時間，細節做得特別到位。離高速口很近，等路況好轉出發也方便。颱風天裏能有這麼安心的落腳地，真心推薦。

This homestay should give five stars. It feels very comfortable when I first enter the park. The design is very good. The room is fully equipped and there are unexpected things. Although the tent bathroom is simpler, it is much more convenient than the camping I have lived in without a separate bathroom. The boss repeatedly emphasized to me that this is a tent, not a wooden house. I said ”I know” in my weak heart. I originally wanted to live in a tent, but the tent here can be equipped with a large hot spring pool. I have never seen it elsewhere. The sanitation inside is quite clean. The night view is very good for taking pictures and punching in. The sound quality in the room is very good, the bubble hot spring is very comfortable, and I will come again.

Hygiene: Very good, the shower water pressure is sufficient Environment: The surrounding area is a bit deserted, you need to navigate to ”Gangsheng New World” in the center of the county town, about 3.5 kilometers. You can park in the underground parking lot downstairs.

We visited during the May Day holiday and upgraded to a lake-view king room by paying the difference in advance, which was a very smooth process. The hotel facilities are a bit outdated; the TV is an old non-smart LCD from years ago with no set-top box, so screen mirroring isn't possible, which was a minor letdown. The hotel also seems to be very understaffed; it took a long time for service requests to be fulfilled. Breakfast was a bit chaotic too, with a lot of people and even red plastic chairs in the restaurant, making it feel quite cheap. However, the view of Wanlv Lake from the window and the air quality were both excellent. The hotel only has three 20kw fast chargers, and all the slow chargers were out of service. Luckily, there were hardly any gas cars occupying the spots, and most people moved their cars promptly after charging.

The hotel management is standardized, and as a chain hotel, its quality is consistently stable. The room hygiene is excellent, and the layout is comfortable. The service is efficient, and the front desk staff, especially Xiao Juan, is very professional. The environment is quiet, and the surrounding area is convenient. Plus, the price is affordable, making it perfect for business trips or travel. Very satisfied!

Overall, it was quite nice, and the off-season price wasn't too expensive. However, there's room for improvement: the cabins are made of logs, so it was better to open all the doors and windows at night before checking in, which helped ensure a comfortable night's sleep. I even saw the starry sky before going to bed, which was a rare treat. In summary, I would definitely stay there again if I had the chance. If I were to go with friends, I could stay in a larger cabin for a barbecue. By the way, you need to drive down the mountain to the hot springs and for meals, so it's more suitable for those with a car.
