"The hotel's dinosaur theme was a huge hit with my kids. From the lobby to our room, everything was filled with dinosaur elements, and the attention to detail was really impressive. This is a resort where you can find everything you need for dining, entertainment, and fun, making it perfect for family activities. They have a water park, hot springs, a dinosaur park, horseback riding, archery, go-karts, and kayaking, among other facilities. Unfortunately, my child got sick, so we couldn't experience many of the activities, but we're looking forward to coming back next time. The 'little housekeeper' (personal butler/concierge) provided excellent service. They contacted me a day before our arrival to coordinate everything, and the arrangements for our check-in were very thorough and thoughtful. All the staff members, from top to bottom, are clearly very well-trained. Everyone we encountered was polite and proactively greeted guests (it's truly rare to see this consistently from every single staff member, so the hotel really deserves praise for their efforts in service). Finally, a small suggestion for the hotel: perhaps because it's close to the mountains, the humidity was very high, and the quilts and pillows in the room had a musty smell. The hotel promptly helped us address it, but it might be an area where they need to find a long-term solution."

"The hotel is elegantly styled after the Banyan Tree. The service is excellent; this level of overall service is exceptional for a suburban area like Heyuan. After booking, I received a call from the hotel manager. On the way to the hotel, we arranged everything from extra beds, dinner reservations, menus, and town activities. Upon check-in, the lobby staff, four or five of whom provided us with various introductions and services, were very friendly and attentive. The lady taking photos was patient and always had a sweet smile. The hotel manager responded promptly to any WeChat messages and offered suggestions, a far cry from the often insignificant butlers at many hotels. Special praise goes to Xiaogang and Xiaoxu. The room was also new and spacious, with both an indoor and outdoor hot spring bathtub. Downstairs was the hot spring pool, open 24 hours a day, with the perfect temperature and extremely convenient. The breakfast was incredibly rich, delicious, and not overly fancy. For both a stay and a vacation, this hotel is well worth the price, although it's a bit far from Chunmuyuan Town, which is quite average."

"Coming to Chunmuyuan on New Year's Eve, the experience was extremely poor. First of all, the facilities are quite complete. There were four or five people in the front, but there were a bunch of people in the back who didn't have one. Chun Muyuan didn't think of any solution, just perfunctory. The restaurants inside are also ridiculously expensive and the service is very poor. Especially the newly opened Elephant is too miserable. It is really very poor. Why use Ju? Please see the pictures and comments for details. The basic service skills and service attitude are not up to standard. Secondly, the hygiene situation is also worrying, because I brought a child over two years old, and after taking off my socks as soon as I entered the door, my socks were all black after a while, and there was a lot of messy garbage under the sofa and table... ugh The only good thing is that the housekeeper is very enthusiastic about answering questions. All in all, it was a very unsatisfying trip. Especially the Elephant Thai Restaurant, it can be said that this is the first time in my life that I have encountered such a speechless restaurant."

This experience feels as follows 1 The housekeeper responded very quickly to the online consultation. 2 After I booked the room, the housekeeper took the initiative to call me in the evening to confirm. 3 The front desk service is very good. We added an adult the next day and wanted to ask for an extra quilt, but the room was full and there was no room. Finally, the front desk found a way to borrow a quilt from another hotel. 4 Before leaving, a small ring machine was given to the child as a small gift. 5 The breakfast is not bad. The buffet breakfast includes steamed buns, fried dough sticks, toasted bread slices, steamed corn, boiled eggs, white porridge, soup noodles, rice noodles, various stir-fried dishes, instant coffee, instant soy milk, etc. It's no problem to fill your stomach. You can taste that the fried dough sticks are freshly fried, and the corn is also very fragrant and sticky. It's pretty good for a free breakfast.
