"Choosing this hotel for my trip was absolutely the right decision; the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were polite and friendly. They proactively helped with my luggage and gave recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was meticulously cleaned – no dust in the corners, and the bedding was fresh and soft. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, hot water came on fast, and there was no dampness or strange odors. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed night's sleep. The location is incredibly convenient, with a shopping district and bus stop just a short walk away, making dining and shopping very easy. The facilities are comprehensive: the WiFi was fast, toiletries were well-stocked, and the housekeeping staff cleaned daily and were very responsive to requests. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!"

We did have a minor issue during our stay – the toothbrushes in the room shed bristles – but everything else was fantastic."

"The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, with complete and easy-to-use facilities. There are plenty of parking spaces downstairs, making parking convenient. Restaurants nearby are limited, but takeout is an option. The surrounding roads are clear and transportation is convenient. There is an indoor hot spring pool, but the hot spring water is only available at night. After 8:00 AM the next morning, the water supply to the kitchen and bathrooms is automatically shut off. This forced me to check out early, which I don't quite understand."
