AAnonymous UserThe hotel has good hygiene conditions. The room has a relatively large space and a simple decoration style. However, the hair dryer in the bathroom is fixed to the wall and the switch is difficult to control, which makes it somewhat inconvenient to use. In addition, some of the curtains in the room fell off, which led to the dazzling sunshine in the morning and affected our sleep.

No noise from other rooms nearby. (Well soundproofed)

GGuest UserThe rooms feature lighted images of fishes and sea or water themes. I often go back in this hotel and always get another room with another image to learn from. Rooms are very clean, the place is good for going to aquarium, CHUV or epalinge, next to metro station. Sauna and hammam are okay. Food is good. My favourite hotel in Lausanne even if it's nothing special.

Carpet is totally wet at the entrance. Shower is stuck and the bathroom became a swimming pool. Likely happened to guest before me.
I mentioned but they didn’t do anything nor suggest to change the room. A pity

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in a very convenient location, near both the metro and train station. The staff at the front desk and breakfast buffet were also very pleasant and friendly. Although there were a few hiccups with regards to the rooms conditions, when mentioned, the service recovery by front office staff Michelle was very fast and satisfactory! Thank you for making the stay more pleasant and enjoyable.
A travel guide book was also provided during check in that's shows the must sees and dos in Lausanne.

LLINLINClose to the train station, from the train station gate, first find McDonald's, then go up the McDonald's uphill, and soon there is a winding road on the right to see the hotel LOGO, we just started to go over, dragging the luggage uphill really tired The hotel is on the McDonald's side, up the right hand side up,

GGuest UserGo from Lausanne Railway Station to pay attention to take M1 subway station, remember not to walk to the mountain. Close to the subway station, very convenient, the front desk staff is very good.
