Our family stayed for three nights and were very satisfied. First, let's talk about the location. It's just a few minutes' walk downstairs to Nanping Pedestrian Street, Baoshan Street, and Nanqiang Road. Crossing Nanping Street takes you to Kunming Old Street. It couldn't be more convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment! The hotel room was very clean, and the facilities didn't feel old or worn out; everything worked smoothly. The service absolutely deserves praise. There were welcome fruits and snacks, and the front desk, concierge, restaurant, and cleaning staff were all very courteous and polite. There's both underground and above-ground parking available, and it's free during your stay, which is very convenient if you're driving.

The room is already small, and they've put in an oversized TV cabinet, which takes up a huge amount of space! The decor has an old-fashioned feel, and the facilities are a bit dated. Most guests are 35+, so it's not really a family-friendly hotel; I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids. The service attitude is good. I bought breakfast vouchers online, which made it quite a good deal, but the breakfast itself was nothing special, just average. There's no self-service laundry room, and the air conditioning is noisy. The absolute advantage is that Cuihu Park is right across the street, the surrounding environment is elegant, peaceful, and comfortable, and several cultural attractions are nearby, making the location extremely convenient.

I rarely leave reviews on Trip.com, but Kunming Haitian Hotel truly deserves a detailed one!

**Location:** The hotel is located right in the heart of Kunming, at the intersection of Tuodong Road and Beijing Road, near Tangzixiang Metro Station exits E and F (Lines 2 and 6). Exit E is just a short turn downstairs from the hotel, and Exit F is directly across the street. Whether by metro, taxi, or bus, getting around is incredibly convenient. Wujing Road, right next to the hotel, is a residential area with a variety of eateries and a small market. The strawberries and blueberries there were delicious and even better value than those at Donghua. There's also a great restaurant called 'Metro Exit Restaurant' near Exit F, serving good food – we ate there several times. The hotel is opposite the Kunming Public Security Bureau and behind either a police station or traffic police brigade, giving you a strong sense of security!

**Environment:** The lobby is elegant and grand, offering complimentary hot tea and water, and even has a designated indoor smoking area. The festive New Year's decorations were lovely, with horse-themed mini-games and DIY craft activities in the lobby, which were a big hit with the kids staying at the hotel. My daughter basically wanted to stay in the lobby doing crafts every day and didn't want to go back to the room. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, both accessible with your room card. Drinking water is provided in both areas, and the gym even has clean towels – a very thoughtful touch.

**Cleanliness:** We booked a family twin room, which was spotless and tidy. The two 1.3-meter beds, pushed together, were perfectly spacious for two adults and two children. The bedding felt clean and fresh. The bathroom was family-friendly; the sink and toilet heights were just right for kids, and the faucet had a cute pink elephant attachment that prevented splashes. While the bathroom size was a bit compact, it was impeccably clean.

**Service:** Ex! Ce! Llent! The moment we stepped into the hotel, a young man quickly came forward to help us with our luggage. While checking in, a friendly young lady offered us hot tea. A special thank you to the Assistant Lobby Manager, who proactively helped us coordinate shuttle bus seats to Haigeng when our itinerary unexpectedly changed! Thanks to Mr. Kuang Hao, who promptly found an extension cord and brought it to our room, accompanied the children doing crafts every day, carefully looked after them, and politely declined my sincere New Year's red packet. My daughter specifically told me to give him a five-star review! And thanks to the driver who took us to Haigeng on the morning of the 21st – he enthusiastically recommended many routes to us; he was so warm and friendly. Thank you to every staff member we encountered during our six-day stay; each interaction was met with a smile, polite treatment, and a willingness to help with anything we needed.

This trip to Kunming was enjoyable and unforgettable, partly because we chose Haitian Hotel. Back to work tomorrow, but we'll try to see you again this summer!!

This stay truly exceeded all my expectations! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The overall facilities and environment perfectly matched what was advertised online; in fact, the real place is even more refined than the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise.

The most thoughtful touch was the complimentary upgrade to a room with an adjustable mattress. Being able to customize the firmness made a huge difference to my sleep quality – a real bonus for tired travelers!

I especially want to commend the housekeeping staff; their service was incredibly meticulous and attentive! The bed was made perfectly, with every detail neat and tidy.

In the afternoon, the hotel even sent a gentle SMS reminder asking if we needed our room cleaned. It turns out we had accidentally pressed the 'Do Not Disturb' button. This level of respect for guest privacy, coupled with such attentiveness and thoughtfulness, truly made our stay comfortable.

The entire experience was a perfect 10. From the environment and facilities to the service, everything far surpassed what I expected. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou!

We stayed at this hotel during the May Day holiday and were very satisfied. The suite was huge, with two bedrooms, a living room, and three bathrooms – the kids absolutely loved it. The cleaning staff were very proactive and kept the room spotless. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Hangzhou Railway Station, making transportation very convenient. The entrances to Metro Line 1 and Line 5 are within 100 meters, and it's also a short walk to attractions like Hu Xueyan's Former Residence. However, the seafood buffet dinner wasn't great; we went at 7 PM, and many dishes were already gone, with no refills. If you plan to go, I'd recommend getting there early. Overall, our stay was a very good experience.

This hotel truly embodies the hospitality of Shandong! From check-in to check-out, and even interactions with the floor staff, there were delightful little surprises and gifts every time. I almost felt a bit embarrassed! A huge thank you to the 19th-floor staff and the front desk team. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious, and the service was just superb. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. It's also within walking distance to several major attractions – a perfect choice!
