This hotel has its pros and cons, but it's still worth staying at. The biggest advantage is its excellent location – everything fun, delicious, and great for shopping is within walking distance. This made me feel like choosing this place was the right decision, and I'd definitely consider it again. Secondly, I really liked the hotel's retro charm. They also offer complimentary snacks and sweet soup daily, which my child enjoyed. On the downside, my room required me to stand in the bathtub to shower, and the drainage was very poor, so I had to shower while standing in dirty water. I reported this to the housekeeping staff, but received no response. Also, the staff in the lobby weren't very welcoming when entering and exiting the hotel, which could be improved.

Came to Kunming for 3 days and 2 nights with my mom, and it was a perfect experience. I didn't have high expectations when booking the hotel, as I'd never been to Kunming before. It was only while chatting with the Didi driver that I found out it was a five-star hotel and located right in the city center. The hotel's thoughtful service began the moment we stepped out of the car – they proactively opened the door, asked if we needed assistance, and Ms. Luo at the reception center patiently answered all our questions. After checking in, we discovered that all the hotel facilities were comprehensive and still very new, including branded toiletries. The hotel also delivered fresh Yunnan fruits and snacks every day. The hotel's breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options, and from the 30th floor, we could enjoy panoramic views of Kunming's city skyline. My mom was very happy with her stay. Definitely worth coming back to.

It was quite late when we arrived in Kunming and checked into this hotel. The facilities and decor are traditional, but you can truly feel the hotel's dedication to service and its distinct cultural charm. My child wasn't feeling well and vomited during the night. The next day, I sheepishly explained the situation to a staff member, and they promptly helped us change the sheets. For a mom traveling with family, doing the laundry is often the biggest hassle. I had washed a large load and hung them to dry in the bathroom. When we returned to the hotel, I found that they had thoughtfully provided a drying rack and neatly hung up all the clothes for us, even leaving a note. Thank you, Lingling! (We also accidentally left behind my child's doll and a bath towel during our stay, and they helped us retrieve both.) This was truly one of the most heartwarming moments of our trip, and I extend my sincere gratitude to you all. I wish you all the best in your work and hope your hotel continues to thrive!

Everything else was great, but there's one thing I don't understand: why can't we use the delivery robot when they clearly have one? They insist that food deliveries be placed in the delivery locker for me to pick up myself. At first, I thought the delivery drivers were just being lazy, but after several times sitting in the lobby waiting for my food, I personally saw staff instruct drivers to put it in the locker and politely refuse to use the robot for delivery. It's really inconvenient for someone who's already settled in and doesn't want to move!

I thought it would be an old-fashioned hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by the high-quality European-style decor. I especially loved the bathroom floor and wall lamps. We upgraded to a business king room, which was very spacious. It would have been even better with a floor-to-ceiling window, as the current view is somewhat obstructed. Also, there was a groove light that I couldn't turn off without cutting the power, which was a bit of a hassle. However, overall it was great! It had standard five-star amenities and luggage service, and the location was pretty good too.

I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to Linyi. It’s conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from the airport, making it a very practical choice for travelers. The hotel has a charming Chinese style that gives it a unique local touch.

The room was very clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which made for a restful night after a long day of travel. Although the reception staff doesn’t speak English, they were extremely kind and helpful, always doing their best to assist me with anything I needed.

Overall, this hotel was perfect for my trip. It had everything I needed: a good location, cleanliness, and friendly service. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Linyi in the future.
