The lady at the front desk when I checked in at night had a very good service attitude. I liked it. When I left in the morning, she was a different person and her attitude was particularly bad. She must have changed shifts. The next front desk lady called me last night and asked me to leave. The car drove to a place where I couldn't park. I said it was too narrow and I couldn't park, so I had the car scratched by someone else. I left my phone number in the car to call if I needed anything. When we left in the morning, there was a car parked behind the car. She asked her to contact her to move the car, but she didn't contact her. She also told me that she asked me to drive inside yesterday but I didn't. I was really speechless. She told her that it was too narrow to park and she couldn't listen. Understand! Later, I went to contact the car mover very reluctantly. When I came back, not only did I not say a word, but I didn't contact the car mover yet. I just dealt with other matters. I asked, have you contacted me? She couldn't have said it so quickly! ! ! ! I think it’s like I don’t care if I don’t contact you! Just then, the car owner passed by the front desk and she told the car owner to move the car so that we could leave. This is the first time I have encountered such a childish front desk after staying in a hotel. No matter how angry I am with the customer, the front desk can handle such a small matter like this. What else can be solved? It is really inexplicable that I have such an attitude. I just blame this front desk. I will never stay here again next time.

The location is excellent, located in the city center, it is very convenient to eat downstairs, and you can park downstairs and around. The price is very high. I have lived for many days. It is convenient to go out and play around. The scenery is good.

It's right to live in Shijiazhuang! The full self-service experience is smooth, the self-service machine is convenient and fast, safe and intelligent, and the privacy is strong. The cat house on the first floor is super healing, and the self-service drinks, containers, robots, and takeaway cabinets are super intimate. Close to Provincial Bo, the subway is at the intersection, convenient travel, clean and comfortable rooms, cost-effective, service in place!

Maybe it was because it was busy on New Year's Day. There were footprints in the bathroom 👣, and a strong smell of cigarettes that could not be dispersed~ There were lipstick marks on the disposable water cup on the table! ! The other environment and the room were quite large, not bad~

The hotel environment is clean and elegant, all kinds of facilities are complete and well maintained, comfortable and convenient to use, and the overall living experience is superb. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and fast, the attitude is kind and patient, and the needs can be responded in time. It is very professional and intimate. It is highly recommended!

It feels good, the front desk staff is kind, the basic configuration of the room is available, can meet the needs, there are many restaurants around to choose from, there are bus stops nearby, and the subway exit is under construction.

This stay was a great experience. The front desk service is warm and efficient, and check-in is quick. Although the room is not big, it is well laid out, clean and tidy, and the bed is comfortable. The facilities are complete and the shower has plenty of hot water. The soundproofing is good and quiet at night. The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation, shopping and dining. There is a small independent yard, parking is convenient, and it is not noisy. The room is relatively large, the decoration is OK, the price includes breakfast is very affordable, the downside is that the pillow is dirty when you check in, the towel is old, because it is too lazy to change in the early morning, make do for one night.

The hotel environment I stayed in cleverly combines traditional and modern styles, and the architectural elements of Chinese wooden structure are matched with exquisite wood carving decoration, full of classical charm. Modern elevator areas and bright lighting designs bring a comfortable modern experience, which collides with a unique aesthetic atmosphere.

The Chinese furniture in the lobby is simple and elegant in detail, with traditional pattern pillows, which show the style; the large landscape paintings have improved the artistic atmosphere, and the bookshelf on the side is displayed with various books, just like returning to childhood school to swim in the ocean of knowledge. The greenery on the side makes the whole hall green, and it is like a comfortable environment when entering.

Especially the self-service vending machine equipped to meet my immediate consumption needs when I need it in time, the hotel's intentions on service facilities. The hotel I stayed in was excellent in style creation, detail polishing and facilities, leaving a deep and good impression on my friends and colleagues.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff provided excellent service. Although it's close to the main road, it was surprisingly quiet and not noisy at all. I had a very comfortable stay.

I went to Jingxian to find friends to play, stayed at this chain hotel, oh my god, let alone the price is not expensive, it is quite comfortable to live. As soon as I entered the lobby, I could see the landmark building of Jingxian, Jingzhou Tower, which was particularly eye-catching, and I waited for my friends to play two chess games. The decoration style of the room is also what I like. The bedding is clean and the mattress is old and comfortable. Don't say it or don't say it. Look at the picture! ! !
