"Really liked this hotel. It's very comfortable, has a European vibe, and the location is great for transportation. The environment is excellent and very clean, plus it's really close to the beach. Highly recommend! 👍👍👍👍👍"
"This was my second stay here.
Upon check-in, I paid an extra fee to upgrade to a pool view room. The pool view was fantastic; I could enjoy live music from my room at night, and the mornings were incredibly pleasant. I highly recommend a pool view.
The hotel's Italian restaurant also offered a pizza-making experience. It was a fun and unique activity, and I got to eat the delicious pizza I made myself, which made for a great memory.
I also appreciated that there were multiple lifeguards at the pool, making it feel very safe to use.
The staff members were all very kind, greeting us and speaking to us every time we saw them. We made wonderful memories again this time, and we're truly fans of this hotel!"
"Everything was great – the decor is new, and the staff were all professional and enthusiastic. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared with three different cuisines: Southeast Asian, European/American, and Chinese (they even had congee and pickled vegetables!). Finally, I lost my sunglasses, and the checkout staff found them and brought them down to me. I was in such a rush when I left that I didn't tip, and I've regretted it ever since. It was a young man who helped me."
"I like about it was the luxury feel inside the hotel. We were accommodated from check in to airport transfer. Hassle-free ang all the staff are so nice. Thank you Henann. Will definitely go back here!"
"Definitely enjoyed our wrist stay here this is not our first time in Boracay if I'm not mistaking this is our fifth time already and our second time to be staying at Newcoast area. I love the fact that Savoy is part of the hotel chain where simplicity and affordability is maintained. Savoy Boracay surprisingly big and offers amenities tha other hotels in Boracay do not have. The hotel has gym, spa, big pool, beach accesibility and shuttle for the D' Mall. Appreciate the most the extra effort they prepare for our celebration, from the tv greetongs to the letters/cards,balloons and cakes they prepare for our kids birthday and our anniversary. This is a great place to enjoy a quiet and relaxing Boracay vacation without mizssing the paradise itself."
"Excellent 5-star hotel, Filipino style. It's very authentic and charming, with access to two neighboring luxury hotels. The staff are incredibly hardworking. They aren't experts at making cocktails, but if you explain what you want, they'll make it as requested. The spirits are good, and so are the bottled wines. There are many different romantic setups and similar options on the beach. The private beach is very clean, and the scenery and sea are magical. Breakfast is quite good, but otherwise, like everywhere else on this island, they don't seem to know how to cook. We tried eating at the Shangri-La and the hotel next door, and everywhere it felt like the chef wouldn't even eat their own food; I won't even bother describing it, everything was off. You really need to find a place with good food right away, otherwise you risk eating only bread rolls! 😁 But the coffee is very good there, and you can take it to go from breakfast. The staff are very friendly. As for cons, there's no late check-out. We were offered a maximum check-out at 2 PM for an extra charge, and after that, only booking for a full day was an option."
