Four Points Properties in Beijing

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. I initially booked the wrong room type, but Doreen at the front desk understood my needs and immediately helped me switch to a king-size bed room. Her service was warm and flexible. The room was on a high floor with a great view, clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff even proactively offered snacks when they saw I had a child with me, which made my kid very happy. The breakfast area was pleasant, the ingredients were fresh, and the service was equally warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. The lobby design is modern and impressive, and the staff are warm and attentive, providing efficient and thoughtful service from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing, ensuring a high-quality night's sleep. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of high quality, demonstrating great attention to detail.

A special thanks to Manager Qu for arranging such a great room for us. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, with thoughtful details from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Definitely a full five-star review! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to the subway and commercial areas, making it easy to get around and find food. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or a short trip.

We stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Beijing West Station for our family trip, and the location is perfect for families traveling by high-speed train. **Environment:** The hotel is very close to West Station, so there's no need for a long commute. The lobby is simple yet grand, with a generally quiet atmosphere, not chaotic. The hotel corridors are clean, and the public lounge areas are comfortable, making it a great place to rest after a tiring journey. **Facilities:** The room size was appropriate, and the bed was very comfortable – not cramped for a family. The bathroom facilities were in good condition, with stable hot water and smooth internet. There were enough power outlets in the room, which was convenient for charging elderly parents' phones and children's electronic devices. All hardware was functioning properly with no issues. **Hygiene:** The cleanliness deserves praise. The room was thoroughly cleaned, the bedding was spotless, and the floors and surfaces were tidy. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with no moldy smells or water stains, and the towels were clean and dry. Traveling with children, the hygiene aspect gave us great peace of mind. **Service:** The overall service experience was excellent, especially thanks to Leo. During check-in, he was gentle, professional, and proactively offered practical advice for our family trip, including helpful tips for navigating the high-speed train station. Communication was smooth, responses were timely, and his professionalism left a strong impression. It was a great family accommodation experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Beijing.
