The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and it's close to attractions like Sanlitun. Steven, who checked me in, was incredibly friendly and spoke softly. He thoughtfully provided tips for getting around and reminded me about breakfast times. His attention to detail was evident everywhere, and he handled the check-in process efficiently without any delays. The comfortable service significantly reduced my travel fatigue. Highly recommend!

Room number: 2109 has been avoided. Facilities: 1. Why is there no trash can next to the toilet? It was placed in a strange little corner by the sink. 2. Two power outages! The first time I called the front desk, they said it had happened in other rooms before and even sent a cleaning lady to check. What good is a cleaning lady in this situation? She's not a professional, how can she fix the problem? I won't even mention the second power outage. By power outage, I mean a sudden cut in electricity that requires a manual restart. 3. The air conditioning was useless, not cool at all. Setting it to 21 degrees didn't help, and adjusting the fan speed made no difference. My worst Sheraton stay ever.

We actually booked this twin room for five consecutive nights, but the reservations were split. A detailed review can be found under the check-in date of June 6th. We also booked a family room at the front desk, which included one large bed and one small bed, along with a dining table. It was very spacious, offering more comfort and room for a family. The service from other staff members was consistent with my previous review, so I won't go into further detail here.

My overall stay was very pleasant. The hotel has a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, and the surrounding area is quiet and not noisy. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bedding was fresh and dry, and there were no strange odors in the bathroom, which made me feel very secure about the cleanliness. All the facilities were well-maintained and easy to use. I'd especially like to thank Steven and Dahlia at the front desk; they were friendly, polite, and handled everything efficiently. They were also very responsive to any requests I had. There was nothing unpleasant about my stay, and the comfort level was excellent. It's suitable for both business and leisure travelers and definitely worth recommending.
