Came here for a birthday celebration at Disney and stayed at a Marriott property. The brand's strength truly shines through; the hotel pays great attention to detail. Upon check-in, the front desk agent upgraded our room and even gave us a special souvenir when she found out we were going to Disney. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to Disneyland, the airport, and the subway station, which you can book in advance. The mini-bar in the room is complimentary, and everything was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Shanghai, and I'll recommend it to friends visiting Disney!

Staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai, Daning was an excellent experience! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, providing thoughtful and attentive service throughout our stay. We had to change rooms a few times for work, and everyone was so patient and helpful. 👍 The room itself was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and it was spacious with good soundproofing. The location is superb, right in the Daning commercial area, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. Great value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Terrible experience.
1. From 1 AM to 2 AM, there was drilling upstairs, likely renovation work. I was repeatedly woken up and slept terribly (I'm usually a heavy sleeper, so the noise was extreme).
2. The air conditioner, as shown in picture one, is very old and makes a clunking noise when turned on. Luckily, it's winter, so I didn't need to use it.
3. There's only a bathtub for showering. You have to climb into it to shower. It's easy for short people to slip when climbing in, and tall people will hit their heads on the ceiling if they stand in it.
Pros: Good location, with a view of the 'Three-piece Suit' (likely referring to a landmark or building cluster) outside the window.

Environment: The overall hotel environment is excellent; I felt like I'd arrived at a castle. Events for the Chinese New Year of the Horse: As soon as we entered, we saw activities like red envelope printing, Peking Opera mask painting, and paper cutting in the lobby, filling the entire hotel with a strong New Year's atmosphere.
Service: When checking in, not only did they upgrade us to a lake view room for free, but they also gave a small LEGO gift package to the child with us. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the sunrise over the lake was beautiful. The breakfast variety was rich and delicious, and it started serving at 6:30 AM, which was perfect for early risers and families heading to LEGOLAND.
LEGOLAND Resort Shuttle Service (shared ride): We didn't use this service as we drove ourselves, and it only takes 20 minutes to drive from the hotel to LEGOLAND. On the night we checked in, we also visited Fengjing Ancient Town, which isn't overly commercialized, and the zongzi (rice dumplings) were delicious. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely come again! 😊

Facilities: A bit dated, but well-maintained and perfectly acceptable.
Hygiene: Clean, tidy, and spotless.
Environment: Quiet and comfortable. I've been coming to Disneyland for years and always choose this hotel. No need for a shuttle – it's about 500 meters to the metro station, just two stops away, which is incredibly convenient. It's perfect for a relaxed and comfortable multi-day Disneyland trip.
Service: Very warm and attentive, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast.
The hotel complex also has several chain coffee shops, so you have plenty of options even if you don't choose the hotel breakfast.

Service: I have to say that the service is still very positive. There is a stuffy smell when entering the room. In addition to opening the window for ventilation, the waiter also helped to bring an air purifier.
Hygiene: Overall it is OK. Maybe there is too much dust in Shanghai, the exterior glass is a bit dirty, but the hygiene of the room is still OK
Environment: It is not far to various tourist attractions. It is generally about 3 kilometers by taxi. You can walk to the surrounding restaurants to eat farm food.
I have to say that the hotel's lunch set was beyond my expectation. It was very delicious. The smoked fish was delicious and the chef's skills were first-class👍

I planned a trip during the Chinese New Year and compared several hotels before finally choosing the Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen. I was drawn to its location, and we arrived as scheduled on the fifth day of the New Year. Our group of six took a taxi from Shenzhen Bao'an Airport to the hotel, which took about half an hour. I guess there wasn't much traffic due to the holiday.

Upon arrival, I noticed it's in the Futian Free Trade Zone, and Futian District is Shenzhen's city center, close to Futian Port. The hotel has a fairly large footprint. The lobby has an old-money vibe, which is understandable as it's one of Shenzhen's older five-star hotels, so it's a bit dated. We booked one Deluxe King Room and two Select Twin Rooms. The hotel is divided into an East Wing and a West Wing. The Deluxe King Room was in the East Wing, and the Select Twin Rooms were in the West Wing. It's worth noting that the two buildings are quite far apart. You can access the East Wing directly from the lobby floor, but for the West Wing, you need to take an elevator up to the 5th floor, then navigate three corridors, walking for about a minute to reach the West Wing, and then use your key card to go up to your floor. It's a bit of a trek and not a direct elevator ride. I suspect the West Wing was added later.

The Deluxe Room was slightly smaller and only had a bathtub. The king bed was 1.83 meters, quite large. The Select Room, I believe, is an executive room; it was very spacious, probably around 30 square meters. The twin beds were 1.35 meters, which is good compared to the 1.2-meter beds in other hotels. The bedding was very comfortable and soft. The bathroom had a shower. Although the hardware is a bit old, the service is excellent. The soundproofing in this room is genuinely good; we stayed for four nights and didn't hear any noise. Especially the surroundings of the Select Room – it was high, spacious, and open, creating a very comfortable and un-claustrophobic environment. The cleanliness was also superb. The hotel staff were very warm and friendly; it definitely lives up to five-star service.

The breakfast was standard, meeting the hotel's expected quality. If you don't include breakfast, it's 88 RMB per person for the buffet.

Getting around is also very convenient. Taxis and subways are readily available, and there are plenty of shared bikes (Mobike, Ofo, etc.) nearby. We cycled around the city many times. In February, Shenzhen was already warm enough for short sleeves, making cycling very pleasant.

For those going to Hong Kong, you can reach Futian Port by shared bike in 3 minutes to take the subway to Hong Kong, or take a taxi for 10 minutes to Futian Station (Gate 12A) and take the high-speed rail for 14 minutes to Hong Kong West Kowloon. Crossing the border is also very quick now.

This trip to Shenzhen was a great experience, mainly because I slept so well due to the excellent soundproofing; there was no noise at all. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen, which is why I'm leaving this review.

The hotel offers a station transfer service (shuttle bus): Didn't get a chance to use it.

This hotel is perfect for family trips. The environment is quiet and elegant, the rooms are spacious enough, and the facilities are well-maintained. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and both the front desk and room service are very attentive. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay, and it offers great value for money.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The room layout was well-designed, perfect for both work and relaxation. Check-in at the front desk was very quick. I really liked the decor, and the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast spread was extensive, especially the bread, which was incredibly crispy. The hotel is also conveniently located near MixC Shopping Mall and Huaide Metro Station, and there's a direct Trans-Island Limousine bus to Hong Kong, which is super convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with incredibly convenient transport links, an abundance of great food options nearby, and fantastic shopping. The moment I stepped into the lobby, a lovely lady at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile. Check-in was fast and efficient, and she thoughtfully shared some recommendations for local attractions and dining spots.

The room itself was cozy and comfortable, featuring a high-quality King Koil mattress, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries provided were top-notch. I was particularly impressed with the soundproofing; the room was incredibly quiet, with no disturbance from outside.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and diverse, offering a wide array of both Western and Chinese dishes, all of which were delicious. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the staff were diligent in replenishing food, making for a very pleasant dining experience.

Furthermore, the hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with a well-equipped gym. Any requests I had were promptly addressed by the front desk staff.

Overall, my stay here was absolutely perfect! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone! 😘

Overall, a really great experience! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bedding was just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable sleep. The high-floor view was also a plus. The biggest surprise was the hotel's own gym – it was incredibly well-equipped with treadmills and strength training machines, all very new and in a clean environment. It was so convenient to be able to go for a run or work out during my business trip downtime. The service was also very thoughtful; any issues were addressed quickly. Excellent value for money!

A perfect stay! From the moment we walked in, the staff's genuine smiles and thoughtful service made us feel incredibly valued. The room was spacious and bright with an amazing view, and the cleanliness was impeccable down to every detail. The hotel facilities are top-notch, and the dining was a true feast for the senses. What impressed us most was how warm and attentive every single employee was, always ready to help and truly embodying a five-star standard. This place perfectly blends luxury with comfort and is absolutely excellent value for money. I've already recommended it to friends, and it will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in town!

The last hotel on our trip! 

**Location:** We took taxis to and from the hotel, so I didn't experience the subway, but it seems to be about 800m away. 
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. There's a laundry room on the 2nd floor, and they even have a dedicated bar area. 

**Facilities:** I have to commend them on this. They have screen mirroring, which is something I really value because it greatly expands your entertainment options. The moment you open the door, it feels very high-end, with a separate toilet and shower. The view from the window wasn't great; just a Walmart across the street. The in-room air conditioning was easy to operate, with simple cold/heat switching. 

**Service:** Excellent! Several times, services were delivered by robots. The front desk staff were also very attentive. 

**Cleanliness:** I have to praise the cleanliness; it looked exceptionally good. 

**Amenities:** There's a free pool table on the 1st floor; just ask the front desk to get started!

The hotel is newly built and very clean. I chose it because of an early morning flight, and it exceeded my expectations. The front desk service was warm and attentive. The rice noodles for breakfast were my favorite thick kind, and absolutely delicious! There's an airport shuttle every hour, which is super convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I transit through Kunming.

This is a great hotel! My friend was visiting Kunming, and we booked this hotel specifically because of the Sheraton's reputation. And it lived up to expectations – the decor is indeed high-end and grand. The lobby is spacious, and the pool outside the window is beautiful, though it was too cold to swim. I have to commend the service here. The gentleman at the lobby was very enthusiastic; he came right over to help with our luggage as soon as we arrived. The lady who checked us in was also very friendly. When she heard I was hosting out-of-town friends, she promptly arranged a room with a great view, which really helped me play the good host. Since my friend had an afternoon flight, she also proactively offered a late check-out, which was incredibly helpful. It's clear that the overall service at this hotel is excellent, and management must be very dedicated to staff training. Definitely five stars!

The room has a countertop, which is perfect for my cosmetics and doing my makeup. This design is very thoughtful! Plus, it’s super easy to get great photos for social media here. The beer downstairs is fantastic, with fruity and smoky notes. It’s a great spot for an Instagram moment!
