My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and they proactively offered helpful tips for sightseeing and getting around. They patiently answered all my questions, showing great attention to detail, which made me feel very welcome. The hotel's accommodation environment is superb; the room was clean, tidy, and comfortably arranged. The lighting and ventilation were excellent, making for a very pleasant stay. The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of options for dining and shopping. Plus, the shuttle buses to and from the city center and Disneyland were frequent and punctual, making getting out and about incredibly convenient. The breakfast was also a wonderful surprise – a wide variety of options including hot dishes, pastries, and drinks. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great, leaving me very satisfied. They even have robots that deliver items to your room, which is super convenient for ordering takeout and means you don't have to lift a finger – truly enhancing the experience! Overall, I was extremely happy with every aspect of my stay. The value for money is outstanding, and I genuinely recommend it. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

From check-in to check-out, my entire experience was absolutely perfect. Coming back for a vacation from overseas, I wasn't familiar with hotels in Shanghai. Seeing that this was a Four Points by Marriott property, I felt confident about the service. Upon arrival, I had a lot of luggage, and the bellhop helped me with it all the way. The staff were all warm and polite, patiently answering guests' questions. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-15 minute drive to the Bund, without traffic. My originally booked king-sized bed room was upgraded for free to the suite shown in picture three. The room was clean, tidy, and the facilities were very new. I will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation on my next visit to Shanghai.

I checked into room 1918 on December 8th, and the staff at the front desk were very welcoming. We had a special request to stay in the original room until the 20th. Throughout our stay, from the front desk to the Yikele Restaurant and housekeeping, everyone made us feel warm and cared for.

Especially during breakfast, my husband had 'special' requests for certain dishes. The restaurant manager would kindly ask the chef to provide 'special service' – a plate of vibrant green bell peppers, gently blanched, and some glossy, delicious black fungus. This made our breakfast even more delightful and heartwarming.

Our room attendant, who cleaned our room daily, always left it immaculate and with such care. She even arranged my scattered cosmetics artistically, making me feel so welcome and showing me how to organize them myself. This seemingly small gesture taught me the true meaning of service: 'meticulous and heartfelt attention to detail'! My sincere thanks to her for her hard work from December 8th to the 20th! We must have caused you a lot of trouble during that time! Yet, whenever I'd say, 'Thank you for your trouble, you've worked so hard!' she would always respond with a sweet smile, 'You're welcome, it's my job to do it well!'

Environment: European architectural style, beautiful surroundings, lakeside design, comfortable and quiet, very relaxing and pleasant.
Service: First-class service, the front desk staff were very polite and check-in was fast. The staff interacted with guests in a friendly manner.
Hygiene and Facilities: Clean, with complete entertainment facilities such as a swimming pool and gym. There's a large park in front of the hotel, suitable for children to play in. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Legoland. It's very popular with families.
Hotel Restaurant: High value for money. Beef noodle sets or chicken noodle sets are 58 RMB each, with large portions and great taste.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Shanghai. I booked a 2-night package deal in advance for 849, which was valid even during the summer holiday and included breakfast for two. Despite being a package deal, the hotel's service was excellent; the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our requests. The breakfast spread was generous and filling. Our room was spotlessly clean. The hotel is conveniently located about 6 kilometers from Disneyland, making it easy to get there by taxi or subway. Best of all, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Disneyland! This was an amazing perk. Highly recommend!

Overall it's OK. After all, the hotel is quite new. However, I'm not particularly satisfied with the service. I asked the front desk to send two bottles of water to the room. I asked three times in total, and it took more than half an hour to deliver. The front desk didn't seem to smile. I don't know if the parking lot is divided into underground garage and ground. The license plate number was registered at the front desk, but I don't know if it was because I parked in the underground garage, but I still paid when I came out. At least the front desk didn't ask me where I parked. In short, there is no problem with the hardware facilities. After all, the hotel is quite new. The service quality needs to be improved!

About 35mins from the airport or high speed train station depending on traffic. Convenient spot for many shopping centres. Halal Chinese food options just opposite or within the hotel vicinity, Halal western food. Service was attentive and approachable helping us to book for 7 seaters to airport. Great location for your shopping spree. Clean room, comfy bed with full amenities, free flow of bottle drinking water at lobby. Recommended location that meets your holiday needs.

This hotel is located right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's within walking distance of MixC Mall, and a short 10-15 minute taxi ride to Nanqiang Street and Kunming Old Street. The hotel, which just opened in 2025, boasts excellent facilities, both soft and hard. The service is attentive and thoughtful; I received detailed check-in instructions and even got a complimentary room upgrade. Any requests were handled promptly. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Kunming.

As someone who prefers a relaxed travel style and avoids early morning flights, I carefully compared several hotels and chose this one near the airport. Overall, my stay was excellent.

Firstly, the location is great, just a 10-minute drive from the airport, and the hotel offers airport shuttle service. Secondly, the hotel is new, and the soundproofing is excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any aircraft noise, ensuring a good night's sleep. Thirdly, the service was impeccable; Manager Yang and staff member Erics Tang at the front desk were very welcoming. Lastly, the breakfast offered a rich variety, including a fresh coffee machine, and started at 6:30 AM, which was very considerate.

[Suggestions for Improvement]

1. The navigation information for the hotel's location wasn't accurate enough. The driver picking me up from Kunming Station had to circle around once to find the parking lot entrance at night.
2. The hotel's sign and exterior wall colors are too similar, lacking contrast. It's hard to see during the day, though it looks better when lit up at night.
3. There were only 2 bottles of mineral water in the room, which is a bit few. It would be good to increase it to 4 bottles. If possible, placing some mineral water near the elevator on each guest floor would also be a nice touch.
4. Given its proximity to the airport, the hotel likely has more guests checking in at night. Offering a simple late-night snack menu would provide an even more thoughtful service for guests.

The hotel is located in the new district, closer to the train station and Dianchi Lake than the old street, which suited our itinerary. The hotel facilities are brand new and spacious. Although there are no restaurants within walking distance, the hotel can provide meals, and it's very convenient to book a car to nearby shopping malls, making it a good choice for exploring this area.

However, the room's air conditioner only blows warm air; even with the window open, it's a bit stuffy. Other members of our group who stayed in another room did not have this problem, and calling the front desk couldn't resolve the issue.

The hotel is located right in the middle of high rises in the financial district. While vicinity to metro, pier, restaurants etc is very pleasant, it's also super confusing to get to and feels a bit claustrophobic.
The room was nice as such, a lot smaller than the previous hotel I stayed in in NYC (no seating option except the desk chair here). Housekeeping seems a bit unorganized; I stayed two nights and on the day I spent in NYC completely and left the hotel around 10am for sightseeing, returning around 5pm, no room service had been done at all. On the next day, when I was due to check out, housekeeping knocked on my door at around 9am when I was still in the shower. 
For a decent price I would consider staying again but with other alternatives available would likely choose something else.

After 14 hours of our trip from middle east we have slept well in their comfy bed. My family and I have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very cozy and very convenient. Aside from close to the train station there is also a place called chinatown who offers great food with a lot of variation with an affordable prices. Though the hotel has incomplete stuffs such as no bathrobe, slippers and service is 6/10 still there is a room for improvement. Overall i can recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back in our future plans. Thank you so much and keep it up!

I was a little skeptical reading online reviews but my stay was excellent.  Location was excellent, I pretty much walked everywhere.  Subway station is across the street.  Toiletries were of good quality, even makeup wipes were provided!  Wifi signal was strong.  I wanted to give a special shoutout to Monica from front desk.  She was very helpful and ever so friendly.

My husband and I went to spend Christmas in New York, with my son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. Even though we made reservations on different apps, they not only placed us side by side, but also upgraded us to the 17th floor. Everything's good!!

The hotel's location is close to the subway station and easy to get to and from the airport. The hotel is clean, with 1.5-meter-wide twin beds. There are many restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant with delicious Sichuan cuisine. Although the hotel, like some other hotels, does not have toothbrushes, slippers and other supplies, the price of just over 1,000 yuan is acceptable in Manhattan.
