He proactively and thoughtfully helped resolve issues, always handling things reliably and with great attention to detail throughout our stay. I truly appreciate his service and will definitely seek him out on my next visit!

The hotel doesn't have many rooms, and while two elevators are usually fine, they're insufficient during peak times. The staff's service quality varies greatly; the service awareness and attitude of some individuals really don't match a hotel of this price range.

The cleanliness was excellent, everything was tidied up meticulously. The location is great, and the overall environment is good. The staff are all very friendly, and there's a laundry room, which is super convenient.

The overall ambiance inside is comfortable and pleasant, and the service experience truly stands out, leaving a memorable impression. He was meticulous and thoughtful, patiently offering helpful information about nearby transportation, attractions, and local amenities. He was genuinely kind, humble, and very approachable. His professionalism and polite demeanor were evident, and his high-quality service is definitely commendable and highly recommended.

I was a bit worried when I arrived at noon and saw how busy it was, but luckily the room was indeed reserved and check-in was smooth 🥹. The room was very clean, no strange smells or smoke. Service was excellent, and the location is super convenient, right above a subway station. Getting to Beijing South Station and the Bird's Nest requires a transfer, but it's still quite easy to get to.

This time, I brought my child to stay here. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Workers' Stadium, and it's also very convenient to walk to Sanlitun. There's a subway station right outside the entrance. My check-in experience was fantastic. The front desk staff, Steven, was very enthusiastic. He asked about my needs beforehand and fulfilled them all. Thumbs up for him! 👍

Chose this place for the Mayday concert. It's super close to the BOX, making it really convenient to check in. After the concert at the Bird's Nest, taking the subway back was also fine. The room was quite new and comfortable. Steven provided excellent service; he was very responsive to all my requests. He added me on WeChat beforehand and was always quick to resolve any issues. I'd definitely come back next time.
