Four Points Properties in Beijing

Big thanks to Steven for contacting me in advance and reserving the room! I was a bit worried when I arrived at noon and saw how busy it was, but luckily the room was indeed reserved and check-in was smooth 🥹. The room was very clean, no strange smells or smoke. Service was excellent, and the location is super convenient, right above a subway station. Getting to Beijing South Station and the Bird's Nest requires a transfer, but it's still quite easy to get to.

We stayed here for three days while my child was taking exams. The room was clean, tidy, and quite spacious, with two beds (one large, one small), perfect for a family of three, and even a round table, which was great for studying or working. The view from the window was excellent; we could see the TV tower and the Western Hills to the west. The service was also top-notch, especially from the young lady at the front desk, Hou Mingrui. She was wonderful. On the last day, my child needed to rest a bit longer after the exam, and the front desk manager kindly extended our check-out time to 4 PM. Overall, we were very satisfied with both the environment and the service. Highly recommended!

Service: Excellent! On our first day, the TV wasn't casting, and a technician responded immediately. They even upgraded our room in the end. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic, though some facilities were a bit odd. For example, the showerheads and towel provisions varied between different room types. Finally, the breakfast was all freshly made, and the wontons were delicious.
