"We arrived early at 2 PM, an hour before check-in. They emailed us beforehand to confirm our check-in time. After waiting less than 5 minutes, a friend opened the door for us. We dropped off our things and went to Pisa. They even provided an extra blanket for us that night. Although the heating in the room was only so-so, it might have been because the staff didn't understand English and I didn't explain clearly. Overall, it was very safe. It's a 10-minute walk from Florence train station. So convenient! It's an 18-minute walk to the Florence Cathedral in the evening—a very comfortable walking distance."

"Feel less than 5 minutes walk from Florence Santa Maria Novella station! The city of Florence itself is not spacious, so it is close to the representative tourist spot, the Cathedral of Florence, and is located close to Sintamarian Novel, one of the shopping lists in Italy. Check it out ‼️ I booked the day and arrived late, and that's why i couldn't get into the hotel. It's locked. But I happened to be able to go inside! It happened that I put it in, so it's basically impossible unless I can contact the hotel! Nojuku, other hotel reservations prepared 😿 I really want you to be able to check in 24 hours at all times! There is an elevator, but it is very slow. You have to push it long enough to keep it moving. And you can leave your suitcase for free."

I highly recommend this hotel. Not only is the location great, there are two famous queuing restaurants next to it: Trattoria Dall Oste for T-bone steaks and Osteria Pastella for pasta. It is convenient to go to any attraction. The most important thing is that the hotel bed is comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast is even more sumptuous. The boss is originally from Zhejiang. The service is friendly and enthusiastic. I have not written a review, but I sincerely recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Florence.

I upgraded to a better accommodation and stayed at the best accommodation. It was a good accommodation because I could have such a quiet morning in the city of Florence. The view from the window was very beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helped me carry my luggage.

Locating this property, one must first ring the doorbell and then push open a thick, heavy wooden door – it felt just like stepping into an ancient castle! This place is indeed a conversion from a historic building. It's important to note this isn't a standard hotel, but a B&B. After booking online, I received an email informing me that check-in is only available at the front desk between 3 PM and 8 PM, and there's a €25 fee for arrivals after 8 PM. Upon check-in, the staff were quite strict, outlining various rules, including a prohibition on bringing drinks, fruits, or any other food into the rooms. Despite being housed in an old building, the rooms are remarkably modern in their decor and facilities, and are very comfortable. Housekeeping is provided daily. A highlight is the top-floor terrace, which boasts fantastic views, including a clear sight of the Florence Duomo's iconic dome and Campanile.

The location of the room is perfect! It sits in the heart of the city but the room is quiet and nice. Wherever you go, it takes within 10 minutes to walk. It is also very close to the train station. The host is friendly and let us drop our bag after checkout, which is really convenient for traveling around if you are leaving Florence late. They also provide breakfast and coffee in the room. However, you may want to consider bringing earplugs and eye mask if you are very sensitive to noise and light - the air conditioning creates some inevitable noise and the light is quite bright. It is fine if you travel in cooler weather and do not need their aircon. If you book this room, you may need to prepare some cash for the city tax. Overall, this is a great place I'd recommend to stay.

This was the place I stayed during my trip to Florence. It was a great location, reasonably priced, and a great room. The staff in the office always greeted me with a bright smile and were very attentive to my needs. I needed to drop off my luggage on my last day, and they even asked if I needed anything before I even asked. This place offers excellent location, service, and comfort, so I highly recommend it! (Note: The garbage truck that occasionally comes in the early morning can be noisy.)

The room where I stayed offers a marvelous view over the roofs and the river. The room was clean, cosy, and comaratively spacious. The bed is soft, the bathroom is new. The shower produced a strange noise sometimes, but it worked ok after all. There is a coffee machine in the room with coffee capsules and even some dry cream (or milk, I am not sure now). The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location is also convenient and safe, with quite a few cosy little nooks near by.

The location is good, although there is an elevator, there are still a few stairs you have to carry your luggage up yourself. The soundproofing isn't great, but it's quite good for the price. The room is large and provides a refrigerator, bottled water, a kettle, tea bags, and coffee. The toilet paper is a bit thin and ran out quickly.

The location is just great! The city center! Note the time of settlement: to 20.00!!!! We asked to settle later, we confirmed, for what great thanks! But it was necessary to pass the quest)) So it is better to follow the rules and settle in time. The rooms in the old house, very Atmosphere! Breakfast: Swedish table, fresh crispy cruisans and coffee - made our morning! Рекомендую!

It's in a great location, 7 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the Ufutzii Museum, but it was hard to find because there was no hotel sign! I was standing 10 meters away, but I couldn't find it even after walking back and forth, so I asked a nearby hotel staff member, who pointed to a small door and said, ”It's right there.” I pressed the intercom, had it opened, went up to the third floor, and finally checked in. The room was cute, and when I told them I was leaving early in the morning, they were flexible and said, ”I can make breakfast at the breakfast shop and have it delivered the day before.” There was a shower, a refrigerator, and bottled water for the bed. If you leave the room and go up one level, there is a shared terrace with a view of the roofs of the ancient city. If the check-in goes smoothly, it's a great place to stay.
