Central location. The pillows were not comfortable. Dining area for breakfast was very small and cramped.

Perfect location - friendly hosts - excellent breakfast- We walked everywhere and never needed a taxi. At the moment there is some construction on the street and that’s a bit noisy but that didn’t bother us at all. There is a tiny elevator connecting all floors.

The managers were very attentive and caring, which is appreciated. Location is good, very clean, rather small but everything is placed so well that it is sufficient. Breakfast was poor and the space is very narrow, still no complaints for the manager’s utmost caring attitude. Thanks also to Leonardo for keeping our languages for extra hours. Overall , the B&B is quite satisfying compared to pricey accommodations in Florence.

Great location and hosts! Very responsive and helpful. Our suite was large enough for 5 people but 5 people need 2 bathrooms. And the decor is a bit dated, but that’s subjective. Overall it was a good place.

The staffs were very friendly. The room is clean. The breakfast was great. Very convenient location.

I booked a queen room at Locanda di Mosconi for 5 nights based on reviews and its location near Florence central station. Location was great - a short (7min) flat walk from central train station and easy walking access to plenty of restaurants, shops and the Duomo. The room was small but well equipped, including a fridge (though check that its on before relying on it), tea/coffee making facilities, air-conditioning and a tv. Although in a busy area, it was a very quiet room overlooking a small central courtyard and I always felt safe, including at night. Marco was very attentive and breakfast, though limited, was enjoyable. There were some problems, however. The wifi, was very weak and sometimes unavailable for long periods. Certainly not suitable if you are looking to do any work or stream videos. The bathroom was long and narrow. I'm quite slim but it would be unsuitable for larger folk - I had to put one leg on the toilet seat to be able to dry off properly after a shower. There are bigger rooms available, so check room size before booking. Also, don't leave windows open late in the day or evening because there are mosquitos - a mosquito coil was provided.

Nice enough spot near the train station, priced appropriately. The service was exceptional. We had a minor incident requiring help from a local. Susanna went above and beyond to help us. Genuine hospitality.

Marco and Susanna were fabulous hosts!!! They went over and above the call of duty to help us with our reservations, verifying and securing the safety of personal information and the facilitates... They offered the most incredible breakfast spread I have ever had at a B & B. Fresh fruits, meats and vegetables, baked goods and even omelets if you wanted. They put our two rooms together in a somewhat suite layout for privacy. The rooms were clean, spacious with added touches of Tuscany. Next time I'm in Roma, this is where I'm staying. A five star B&B or 10 smiley faces by a ********** rating.
