"Room, location, and facilities are good. The hotel has been upgraded and is clean.
However, there was an unpleasant incident during breakfast. Although breakfast had already been paid for at check-in, the F&B staff rudely requested payment again. Even after showing the receipt, they continued insisting on payment and denied entry to the breakfast area in an unprofessional manner.

BBKF..The location of the Ibis hotel was really convenient, and the room was comfortable enough for a few days’ stay. The amenities were quite basic though — just shampoo and a towel — but overall it worked fine for a short trip.

GGuest UserEverything was fine, but when we arrived they gave us a room that did not correspond to the reservation, it had no view but faced the back of the hotel. We complained and the girl at reception gave us problems and was rude. We asked to speak to the supervisor and they changed our room after a while of waiting. The breakfast was fine, service was good and everything was very clean. The best thing was the pool. I recommend it but be careful when you arrive which room they give you.
