"Terrible service. During my 4-day stay, the towels in the room were rarely available in a timely manner, even after multiple requests. One day, there was only one face towel for two people to use for showering. Complaints to the front desk were constant but yielded no results. On the last day, even the bottled water wasn't replenished, despite being requested. Pool towels were rarely available, though you could usually get some within an hour. I've never experienced such a lack of professionalism and poor management. As for the room itself, the facilities could have been better maintained."

"For Morocco, this hotel is actually pretty good. It's not far from the beach and conveniently located near the train station, and not too far from the airport either. The room had everything from a kettle to slippers, which was much better equipped than the hotel I stayed at in Barcelona. Perhaps it's a global chain."

"We booked this hotel on Airbnb for two nights. All was good with the check-in, no issues so far. However, our window wouldn't shut properly which let all the Mosquitos in during the night. We had 20 of them in the room with us. I woke up to loads of bites all over my body. The next night I stuffed the curtain into the window gaps so that they couldn't crawl in and I killed all of the ones in the room. I looked high and low for any left, I was confident that they were all gone. Upon morning I discovered three more on the ceiling. I have no idea how they got in again. We were woken up at 6am one of the mornings because our neighboring room had to leave for the airport. The doors/walls are paper thin! You can hear everything. The water hose for our toilet was leaking all over the floor and drowned the floor. My husband went downstairs to ask for another towel and the hotel manager told him he would have to wait as they didn't have any. We had to walk on the wet floor. The terrace area is not as advertised. It had a fantastic view but was a bit dirty, barely any tables or chairs. Overall this hotel ruined my holiday and could led to health issues if these mosquitos carry anything. They need to keep up their maintenance or these little things could become some serious problems. Also this hotel is being dishonest. On *********** they have good reviews (hotel mauritania), then on Google they have their hotel under a different name (pension Mauritania) where it has awful reviews. Finally it doesn't add it's name or proper location on Airbnb which is where I booked this accommodation at the last minute. In hindsight this makes me suspicious that they are selling the luxury rooms to *********** customers (to boost reviews) but are giving the faulty rooms to others where they don't have an option to review. "

"Great location – close to the beach and the train station (which looks very decent and doesn't resemble a typical station at all). Streets with restaurants are within walking distance, and there's a shopping mall with clothing and shoe stores, plus a supermarket, right in the hotel building. There's a small pool on the top terrace. The room has almost everything you need, including an iron. We had a small issue with the key card; it stopped working on the second day, but the front desk resolved it in half a minute. The restaurant serves wine (which isn't always the case), available by the bottle or by the glass. The selection is small, featuring European and New World options. In the evenings, a DJ played local tunes with electronic twists, which was interesting."

"It was really bad because what was advertised on the website didn't exist. There was no refrigerator. It was very hot, and I couldn't even keep a bottle of water cold. There was no privacy whatsoever: they would open the door while I was in the room, even when I was asleep. I stayed for ten days, and there was no washing machine either, even though it was listed on the website. Honestly, it's really not a good hotel."

"I got this hotel as part of a package, so I'm not sure about the price of the room. The hotel is quite big and not exactly new. The style as a bit like back in the 1990's. My room was rather big and relatively comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there were some bath products. Unfortunately, the hotel is located on a small street between two main streets, so it was very noisy until late in the night. Without the noise, the location was good. there are several shops and restaurants nearby, as well as the beach. I liked the breakfast buffet with some nice local flavours."

"I rarely write a review but this hotel was so annoying that I feel obliged to warn other fellow travelers. We ordered a twin room. We got a double bed and a sofa. Only one light switch worked in the bathroom. Good enough to shower but not to put on your makeup. The kitchen consists of a coffee machine, kettle, fridge and sink. Considering it’s suppose to be a suit hotel - it hardly lives up to its name. Although it is very near the beach, at least our room had no view of it. I suppose the other rooms also lack it. On the other hand, it is about 2km from the Kasbah. Hardly worth it for a taxi but too far to walk. In short: get a different hotel. There are plenty of them in Tangier. "
