Hotel name :A room with a view, 5 minutes by bus from the train station, just opposite Haitao, opposite the bus road, reception is on duty until 21 pm, if check in is later than 9 o'clock, you need to send an email to the duty staff to wait for you for a while, the hotel details are as shown in the picture, I will not describe it. Give 5🌟🌟🌟 praise

Guest UserLovely staff Simona checked us in early gave us a disabled room which had a bit more room but had a shower over the bath as I work with the disabled wet room would be safer climbing into the bath can be dangerous especially for a disabled person.
Lovely room clean, very surprised it did not have a fridge which is standard in a 4 star you need look into this Ac was good decor fabulous just like the ones in London.
Bar and reception area relaxing and pleasant was disappointed they did no have any baileys in stock , so went to a bar down the road to celebrate.
Great breakfast just need a live cooking station for omelettes which again is 4 star standard.
Would stay here again but if I wanted to save money, would pay more and book the Leonard Royal down at the seafront as each room has a fridge which is 4 star standard especially in this weather.
Didn't take any pictures as the hotel is lovely.
Thank you I still had a fabulous time

2025.10.1-10.7入住親子房，景色很棒，周邊超市多，乘公交方便。我們是上午抵達的，雖然不是入住的時候，但是酒店正好有房間。房間空間很小，裝修得很用心，尤其是浴室，特別乾淨明亮，完全不發黴，有個極小的陽台可以喝茶。房間在地下，靠除濕器保持房間乾燥温暖，因此每天要倒一次除濕器裏的水。提前查過攻略，英國的酒店確實是無拖鞋、無牙刷牙膏，但是餅乾、茶和咖啡管夠。早餐在出門右拐兩個房間的the charm吃，各種西式早餐都有，英式的當然也有，還都考慮了素食的人。咖啡和茶都很好，我們每天都慢悠悠地吃早飯、喝奶茶，肚子暖暖的。週末還有點單，有班尼迪克蛋之類的。7日我們一早就走，提前一晚要了三明治，包裹得也很嚴實，感謝工作人員！

A stay with my adult daughter for passing her Degree. Her 1st time in Brighton. At a lucky request gave me a partial sea view which was in fact excellent large room, comfy bed a with a gorgeous bay with full view sun. All staff were attentive, friendly and inclusive.
There’s a real charm and nostalgic atmosphere about the old building that is on the beach front enabling Breakfast to see the sea. The only reason I have not given a 5 star 🌟 is due to some signs of wear and tear / dated chairs although they were comfy and snug. Thanks to all Queens staff we will be back

Awie KiutWe stayed at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Brighton for one night with our family and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient for getting around Brighton, especially as we were travelling with children.
Although it was only a one-night stay, everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We had a good rest and felt comfortable throughout our stay.
Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Brighton. Recommended for families and travellers looking for a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

BootsTheExplorerThe view from my room was perfect! The room was small but clean and tidy. Perfect location, walking distance to tourist spots. Excellent staff. Unique lift, was scared to be stucked just in case it breaks but never happened. Just bear in mind that the ground floor/entrance is a bar/pub. From my room, I could hear the noise from the road even if my windows are closed- good thing to know for the light sleepers like me. But regardless, i still had a good time! Will recommend!

On the pricey end of hotels in Brighton, the room very simple and old fashioned.
No real complaints staff are very friendly. Getting the bags to the room is difficulty so I wouldn't recommend to someone with reduced mobility.
But overall great view and nice staff.

Easy to book via Trip.com, reasonable price for room with ensuite in great location. I liked the decor and the bathroom. Lovely clean fluffy white towels, good wifi, password clearly indicated, useful blackout blind, HOWEVER, the lights were falling out of the ceiling, bedside lamps were sort of attached to the wall, very wobbly and dusty and the bed was cobbled together from two mismatched divans so that there was a downhill slope towards the head end of several inches. I have never seen anything like it. I slept for an hour or two using the pillows to prop me up, but still woke with all the blood gone to my head so I had to sleep upside down on top of the bed. A bed to sleep in is THE basic requirement for a hotel room, so really guys, install an actual bed!!!!!!

The room was not large, but it felt modern and clean, just like the picture! The location was good, but it was disappointing for a place where 4 people went and paid 80,000 won per person. There was no elevator and the bathroom was shared... ㅠ But I think that date was a bit expensive. I looked up other dates and it was just a little cheaper. I would have been 99% satisfied! The bathroom was clean, but there was no shampoo. They gave us one towel each.
