"Found this bargain hotel deal via Trip and knowing the area, decided was a perfect location for us for a 1 night stay. Its next to the station and away from the noise and craziness of Brighton city centre. They upgraded us to a better room on floor 5 so had great views over the railway viaduct to the North. Comfortable bed, clean, great blackout curtains and (for Brighton), good parking directly opposite the hotel as part of the Station complex. Didn't use the restaurant or bar during our stay but we'd definitely stay here again."

"Had a really great experience at The Charm Hotel. We booked the ”King Suite with View” which had an amazing scenic view, especially in the morning with the cool breeze. The environment and room is not only conducive, but is both spacious and clean. Highly recommend travellers who are looking for a safe hotel as my friend and I (both females) felt rather comfortable staying in this hotel. Only advise would be to pack light as there is no lift and we had to climb 2 stories up. Otherwise, everything is close to perfect."

I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my 40th birthday and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel very welcome, and the check-in team kindly offered complimentary drinks for my son and me.
I was delighted to find a bottle of red wine and a lovely birthday card waiting in the room, which made the celebration extra special. The room was beautiful with a stunning sea view, and I really enjoyed the coffee selection. The breakfast area was excellent, and the lounge was perfect for relaxing with a drink.
They truly made my birthday special. All the staff and the concierge team were lovely . I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return for sure.

Hotel name :A room with a view, 5 minutes by bus from the train station, just opposite Haitao, opposite the bus road, reception is on duty until 21 pm, if check in is later than 9 o'clock, you need to send an email to the duty staff to wait for you for a while, the hotel details are as shown in the picture, I will not describe it. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was especially cozy, and the space was well-organized. Although the room wasn’t very large, it felt practical and suitable for a solo traveler or a couple.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any questions. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth.
Bed is quite small for twin bed. Overall, it was perfect

Guest UserThe room was modern and clean and the staff were friendly but the best bit about this hotel is the location - on the seafront and close to shops bars and restaurants.
The spa area was a bit disappointing, it’s more a leisure centre and very busy when we visited so don’t expect too much relaxation as there are not even loungers to sit/lie on.
We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel as there are many great restaurants in Brighton so I cannot comment on the brekkie.
We attended the NYE dinner/dance at the hotel and it was brilliant! Great entertainment, lovely food - a fabulous time had by all and a lovely way to see in 2026!
Brighton in general is a lovely place to visit, lots of bars, restaurants and shops - especially the Lanes which is full of small independents which are just fab!
There’s lots to do and see! We took a short walk from the hotel to the i360 tower. A great way to see Brighton from the sky and we managed to catch it at sunset - so magical! I would definitely recommend!

Anonymous UserThis hostel boasts a fantastic location, right next to Regent Square, and just steps from the beach. It's also within walking distance of the train station. The common areas are very spacious and include a communal kitchen, with plenty of outlets on the walls – perfect for getting some work done. The rooms themselves are clean, and each one has its own private bathroom. The only minor drawback is that blow-drying your hair might disturb others. Each guest gets a lockable locker, and the beds come with backrests. They even provide towels and bath mats (shampoo and shower gel are also available in the bathroom), which shows great attention to detail and convenience. Although the breakfast is simple, it's quite tasty. Overall, it was a really great experience, and I'd happily recommend this place to anyone visiting!

The location is excellent, right across from the beach, and the housekeeping staff are incredibly enthusiastic. They were always helpful whenever I needed anything. The only downside is that the price is a bit higher than hotels in the city center. Although there's a bar downstairs, I stayed on the fourth floor and barely heard any noise. They even provided earplugs for guests, which was a nice touch. The bathroom is a bit small, but the bed and comforter were very comfortable. I forgot to take pictures of the room itself, but it looks exactly like the photos on the website. I only managed to snap a few shots of the hotel's exterior.

On the pricey end of hotels in Brighton, the room very simple and old fashioned.
No real complaints staff are very friendly. Getting the bags to the room is difficulty so I wouldn't recommend to someone with reduced mobility.
But overall great view and nice staff.

Easy to book via Trip.com, reasonable price for room with ensuite in great location. I liked the decor and the bathroom. Lovely clean fluffy white towels, good wifi, password clearly indicated, useful blackout blind, HOWEVER, the lights were falling out of the ceiling, bedside lamps were sort of attached to the wall, very wobbly and dusty and the bed was cobbled together from two mismatched divans so that there was a downhill slope towards the head end of several inches. I have never seen anything like it. I slept for an hour or two using the pillows to prop me up, but still woke with all the blood gone to my head so I had to sleep upside down on top of the bed. A bed to sleep in is THE basic requirement for a hotel room, so really guys, install an actual bed!!!!!!

The room was not large, but it felt modern and clean, just like the picture! The location was good, but it was disappointing for a place where 4 people went and paid 80,000 won per person. There was no elevator and the bathroom was shared... ㅠ But I think that date was a bit expensive. I looked up other dates and it was just a little cheaper. I would have been 99% satisfied! The bathroom was clean, but there was no shampoo. They gave us one towel each.
