Some of the negative reviews are a bit harsh as it is a old hotel but the price reflects some moderation which would be nice to have if you are looking for reasonable rate with clean and great location and a comfortable bed and enough facilities - a iron, kettle and even a fan this is a great choice. TV had Netflix as well .

Hotel name :A room with a view, 5 minutes by bus from the train station, just opposite Haitao, opposite the bus road, reception is on duty until 21 pm, if check in is later than 9 o'clock, you need to send an email to the duty staff to wait for you for a while, the hotel details are as shown in the picture, I will not describe it. Give 5🌟🌟🌟 praise

I stayed here for three consecutive days. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and coffee/tea packets were replenished. You need your key card to operate the elevator, which is a nice security feature. Like many other hotels in the UK, it's more expensive on Fridays and Saturdays. The hotel is close to attractions and supermarkets.

Guest UserThe location is superb, about 200 meters to the left after exiting the train station. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it convenient to go anywhere. There's also a supermarket and restaurants nearby, so eating and shopping are very easy. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and efficient. Although the facilities are simple and the room isn't huge, it's big enough to open a large suitcase. The overall bathroom also looks quite clean, and there's air conditioning, so it's functional enough. It's a shame there's no refrigerator. I twisted my ankle and asked the front desk for ice to no avail. The room price wasn't cheap either. Brighton is charming, and I really love this city.

A stay with my adult daughter for passing her Degree. Her 1st time in Brighton. At a lucky request gave me a partial sea view which was in fact excellent large room, comfy bed a with a gorgeous bay with full view sun. All staff were attentive, friendly and inclusive.
There’s a real charm and nostalgic atmosphere about the old building that is on the beach front enabling Breakfast to see the sea. The only reason I have not given a 5 star 🌟 is due to some signs of wear and tear / dated chairs although they were comfy and snug. Thanks to all Queens staff we will be back

Awie KiutWe stayed at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Brighton for one night with our family and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient for getting around Brighton, especially as we were travelling with children.
Although it was only a one-night stay, everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We had a good rest and felt comfortable throughout our stay.
Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Brighton. Recommended for families and travellers looking for a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

BootsTheExplorerThe view from my room was perfect! The room was small but clean and tidy. Perfect location, walking distance to tourist spots. Excellent staff. Unique lift, was scared to be stucked just in case it breaks but never happened. Just bear in mind that the ground floor/entrance is a bar/pub. From my room, I could hear the noise from the road even if my windows are closed- good thing to know for the light sleepers like me. But regardless, i still had a good time! Will recommend!

On the pricey end of hotels in Brighton, the room very simple and old fashioned.
No real complaints staff are very friendly. Getting the bags to the room is difficulty so I wouldn't recommend to someone with reduced mobility.
But overall great view and nice staff.

Easy to book via Trip.com, reasonable price for room with ensuite in great location. I liked the decor and the bathroom. Lovely clean fluffy white towels, good wifi, password clearly indicated, useful blackout blind, HOWEVER, the lights were falling out of the ceiling, bedside lamps were sort of attached to the wall, very wobbly and dusty and the bed was cobbled together from two mismatched divans so that there was a downhill slope towards the head end of several inches. I have never seen anything like it. I slept for an hour or two using the pillows to prop me up, but still woke with all the blood gone to my head so I had to sleep upside down on top of the bed. A bed to sleep in is THE basic requirement for a hotel room, so really guys, install an actual bed!!!!!!

The room was not large, but it felt modern and clean, just like the picture! The location was good, but it was disappointing for a place where 4 people went and paid 80,000 won per person. There was no elevator and the bathroom was shared... ㅠ But I think that date was a bit expensive. I looked up other dates and it was just a little cheaper. I would have been 99% satisfied! The bathroom was clean, but there was no shampoo. They gave us one towel each.

This is my favorite place to stay in Brighton! It’s quiet and laid back, the location is amazing and it’s cheaper to stay here than anywhere else. Definitely recommend.
