"Fantastic 4 nights stay at this perfect hotel for a vacation in Nice and the surrounding locations at the French riviera. Easy access to the airport 20 min with bus or tram, 4 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to city center. Hotel service was excellent! The reception staff was really helpful and service minded. We stayed with breakfast included. I can really recommend the breakfastbuffet - value for money and tasty. Our room was cosy with a small balcony on the 5th floor. The bed was excellent. We could not have had a better Hotel in Nice. 🤩"

GGuest UserGreat hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows: 1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do. 2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him. 3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it). 4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock. Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

The service was warm and accommodating, providing all sorts of conveniences. Nice has many attractions nearby, so staying here is very convenient. The only downside was that the internet connection was sometimes unstable.

AAnonymous UserThe location was great, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. However, if the room door isn't closed properly, it won't lock. One day, after the room had been cleaned, the door wasn't locked securely. That day, I had gone down for breakfast and returned to the room before heading out, and that's when I noticed the cleaning had just finished, so luckily I caught it right away... Honestly, I was on edge every day after that.

GGuest UserFantastic Hotel with a Great Location and Excellent Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. The sea, the city center, and excellent transport links are just a 15-20 minute walk away. If you’re up for a bit of travel, the nearby train station makes it incredibly easy to reach Monaco, Cannes, or other destinations. There are also plenty of local shops nearby where you can buy food and essentials. The service truly exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. The room was small—perhaps even tiny—but for a short stay of 3-4 nights, it was absolutely fine since I didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and even changed the towels every day, which was another pleasant surprise. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast. The variety was incredible—different kinds of cheese, appetizers, sweet and savory options, and fresh juices. The breakfast was top-level, and I honestly felt full for most of the day! Another great convenience was that after checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until the evening. Since we had a late flight, this was incredibly helpful—we were able to enjoy the city for the whole day and just pick up our bags before heading to the airport. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future. A huge thank you to the staff for their outstanding service!

SSyed Ali Abb@s RizviThe hostel was clean and neat, and the room size was quite good. However, my experience with the night female staff member was very disappointing. She was quite rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. It also seemed like her English was limited, which made communication difficult. She did not provide any basic information about the hostel. I had to ask everything myself—whether there was a kitchen, gym facilities, room directions, and even which floor my room was on. This was honestly very strange and not what you expect when checking in. She also did not give any information about nearby attractions or places to visit. On the positive side, the morning staff member was much more helpful and guided me about buses and trains, which I appreciated. I would like to request hostel management to pay attention to staff training. Hostels and hotels are important tourist points, and guests spend their hard-earned money to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff behavior and guidance play a big role in that.

CChuWLThis hostel is conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from Nice-Ville station and is perfect for making trips to nearby cities and towns such as monte-carlo and menton. There are also many food options near the hostel and its is conveniently located near the city centre and also the beach. The locker is spacious and hangers are provided for you as well. Luggage storage before and after check-out is free so that is a big plus. Somethings about the hostel are bothersome such as the triple-deck bed. This triple deck bed is so wobbly that the whole bed shakes at the slightest movement such as turning your body or even just lying down or sitting up. This experience required everyone to have minimum movement throughout the night. The bottom bedframe being slightly curved shows that the bed obviously needs to be attached to the wall for better stability and support. The top bunk of this triple-deck is also not fitted with a nightlight and charger. This means that if you sleep on the top bunk, not only can you not see, you also do not have the convenience of charging your appliances while sleeping. This also means that this third deck is not part of the original bedroom design. The bathroom is a tiny bit mouldy and there is minor drainage smell but it is manageable so long as you keep the door closed. Overall, it is a nice hostel and the convenience to nearby towns, Nice city centre, and old Nice, makes up for the terrible triple-decker bed that honestly just should not exist and also seems like a last minute addition for more profit.

NNoelle CCI recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay. From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable. Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. There is no slippers. In the morning you can go for breakfast (not included) In the first floor can be noisy because of other guests.

GGuest UserThis Hotel is right by the train station, which makes it easy to roam around Cote d'Azur by train. If needed there is a shop on the same street where you can wash your clothes. Particular handy for backpackers, who want to do some laundry. The room was a perfect size, and the bathroom was great. It has a towel dryer, which is nice, when you need to dry swim clothes after a day at the beach. The city center is a short walk away from the hotel too. Breakfast was simple but good. Typical European breakfast - which means sweet pastry. They also had baguette, cheese, toppings like ham, scrambled eggs and greenary + fruits and berries - something I prefer. (I need my breakfasts a bit salty). The staff was helpful and welcoming. You can store your luggage at the Hotel if needed, which is great! Also a pluss for being eco friendly. You might hear the traffic from your room, but it shouldn't be a bother to most people. If you are a light sleeper, maybe ask for a room that doesn't face the main street, or use ear buds. I had no issue, but I sleep well anywhere.
