A fantastic hotel, close to the old town and all the attractions. Comfortable rooms with beautiful decor. Breakfasts are tasty, with something for everyone. And the staff are always helpful and smiling. I highly recommend it.

Facilities: The hotel feels quite new, with complete facilities, including an induction cooker, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a complete set of tableware. Friends who want to cook can choose this hotel. There is also a large dining table where you can eat directly after cooking. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The toilet is a separate small compartment next to the entrance, and the shower is next to the big bed. The big bed, sofa bed and dining table area can be separated into two spaces by a curtain. However, there may be a lot of facilities in the room. It feels crowded to spread out two boxes, but it should be spacious if only two people live there.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: There are large hotels around, and it feels like there are more cars on the road than people. It is the closest to Nice Saint August train station, and it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk. This train station has an elevator, which is quite friendly to dragging luggage, but it is open-air, and it may be more troublesome when it rains. Fortunately, we have been sunny all the time☀️. It is a little further away from the airport. Apple Maps is not accurate. I wanted to find a so-called supermarket on the map that seemed very close. A local resident who was parking his car told us that the map was wrong and we should search for carrefour and forget the other direction.
Service: Very polite, free luggage storage and use of the toilet in the lobby.

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location is super central, right on the main road. It's within walking distance of Place Masséna and the beach. There's a gentleman at the front desk whose name starts with 'A' – he was incredibly kind and greeted us politely every day. He made my stay at this hotel particularly enjoyable, thank you to him!

Guest UserGreat hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows:
1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do.
2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him.
3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it).
4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock.
Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

Anonymous UserI want to pat myself on the back for choosing this hotel; it was truly excellent. The location, service, cleanliness, and food were all impeccable. If you do choose this hotel, definitely include breakfast! You can see the ocean, and watching happy corgis stroll along the beach while you eat just makes you feel like a wonderful day is about to begin. The croissant was the best I had on the entire trip! The room had a bathtub, which was perfect for soaking away the fatigue after walking all over Nice. The bed was incredibly plush and guaranteed a good night's sleep, and if you're someone who hates being woken up by the morning sun, there are shutters on the window that you can close. The location is right in front of the sea; just cross the street and you're there. Place Masséna is about a 15-minute walk, and there's a laundromat about 5 minutes away. This is definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again the next time I visit Nice!

ChuWLThis hostel is conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from Nice-Ville station and is perfect for making trips to nearby cities and towns such as monte-carlo and menton.
There are also many food options near the hostel and its is conveniently located near the city centre and also the beach.
The locker is spacious and hangers are provided for you as well. Luggage storage before and after check-out is free so that is a big plus.
Somethings about the hostel are bothersome such as the triple-deck bed. This triple deck bed is so wobbly that the whole bed shakes at the slightest movement such as turning your body or even just lying down or sitting up. This experience required everyone to have minimum movement throughout the night. The bottom bedframe being slightly curved shows that the bed obviously needs to be attached to the wall for better stability and support.
The top bunk of this triple-deck is also not fitted with a nightlight and charger. This means that if you sleep on the top bunk, not only can you not see, you also do not have the convenience of charging your appliances while sleeping. This also means that this third deck is not part of the original bedroom design.
The bathroom is a tiny bit mouldy and there is minor drainage smell but it is manageable so long as you keep the door closed.
Overall, it is a nice hostel and the convenience to nearby towns, Nice city centre, and old Nice, makes up for the terrible triple-decker bed that honestly just should not exist and also seems like a last minute addition for more profit.

Guest UserIt was a great experience staying here. It was my first time to Nice The location was superb, easy to locate from the train station and from the hotel room, I could catch a good view of the Christmas parade which coincided with my stay. It wasnt noisy although i was on the 2nd floor. Easily accessible to other tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent with much choices and the good recommendations for the restaurant by front desk was excellent.

Sayaka369The room was very small, and there wasn't enough space to open a suitcase, but I appreciated having a bathtub. There's a water dispenser available in the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious, though it could get crowded, sometimes making it hard to find a seat or certain dishes.
