Equidistant from the central train station, Nice Port for Corsica and Nice airport. The city center and Cours Saleya are a 30-minute walk away. Bus nearby. Enjoy a great stay at an affordable price in double, triple or family rooms for 4 or 5 people. Reception desk open 24 hours a day, buffet breakfast, WIFI, air conditioning, restaurants nearby and a beach right across the street.
"Good location . Just beside Tram station ( L2 &L3). Very near to beach as well . Hotel service if good . Staffs are friendly . Room is small but with this rate it is totally acceptable. Breakfast is Horrable ( i am sorry but this is really far from normal standard) . Overall is ok , reccomended to stay but you can find your own breakfast."

"We really appreciate the early check-in available to us, as we arrived around 10am. The front desk reception was so helpful, courteous, and very friendly.
The room was very comfortable, clean; it was a twin bed when we booked for one bed. Reception said they would fix it for us, which they did by bringing the two single beds together. It was manageable but it was hard for my husband not to fall through the middle. We were happy enough to put up with the set up of the bed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable otherwise.
Breakfast was reasonable, we can’t complain. Staff were really nice and attentive.Overall we enjoyed our stay in Nice at Brice Garden, it’s within walking distance to the main train station, and to the main Nice centre."

GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel feels quite new, with complete facilities, including an induction cooker, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a complete set of tableware. Friends who want to cook can choose this hotel. There is also a large dining table where you can eat directly after cooking. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The toilet is a separate small compartment next to the entrance, and the shower is next to the big bed. The big bed, sofa bed and dining table area can be separated into two spaces by a curtain. However, there may be a lot of facilities in the room. It feels crowded to spread out two boxes, but it should be spacious if only two people live there.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: There are large hotels around, and it feels like there are more cars on the road than people. It is the closest to Nice Saint August train station, and it takes about seven or eight minutes to walk. This train station has an elevator, which is quite friendly to dragging luggage, but it is open-air, and it may be more troublesome when it rains. Fortunately, we have been sunny all the time☀️. It is a little further away from the airport. Apple Maps is not accurate. I wanted to find a so-called supermarket on the map that seemed very close. A local resident who was parking his car told us that the map was wrong and we should search for carrefour and forget the other direction.
Service: Very polite, free luggage storage and use of the toilet in the lobby.

However, my experience with the night female staff member was very disappointing. She was quite rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. It also seemed like her English was limited, which made communication difficult.
She did not provide any basic information about the hostel. I had to ask everything myself—whether there was a kitchen, gym facilities, room directions, and even which floor my room was on. This was honestly very strange and not what you expect when checking in.
She also did not give any information about nearby attractions or places to visit.
On the positive side, the morning staff member was much more helpful and guided me about buses and trains, which I appreciated.
I would like to request hostel management to pay attention to staff training. Hostels and hotels are important tourist points, and guests spend their hard-earned money to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff behavior and guidance play a big role in that.

AAnonymous UserThe location was excellent. There are several train stations nearby, so transportation is very convenient. It’s also close to the airport, but the noise wasn’t an issue at all. I could sleep very well.
The room was spacious. I stayed alone, but the room had three single beds, which made it comfortable.
The staff were kind and helpful. There were no hairdryers or toothbrushes in the room, but you can borrow them at the reception.

XXiniaoI had a slight issue upon check-in. They initially gave me a lower-tier room (picture 2), but when I saw the difference after opening the door, I immediately went back to the front desk to get the premium sea view room I had paid for (picture 1). Honestly, the difference isn't that significant. The hotel also has a decent fitness center, good for cardio workouts and weight loss.

It was my first time to Nice The location was superb, easy to locate from the train station and from the hotel room, I could catch a good view of the Christmas parade which coincided with my stay. It wasnt noisy although i was on the 2nd floor. Easily accessible to other tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent with much choices and the good recommendations for the restaurant by front desk was excellent.
