There were bed bugs on my bed and pillows! It is not acceptable. The staffs are nice to help me change the room. But such thing should not happen at the first place.
The location and amenities are good. The breakfast is also ok.

LIThe location of the hotel is particularly good, facing a forest. Each room has a small balcony, and some are small balconies with blooming flowers. Breakfast is good, you can also eat on the outdoor terrace, very comfortable facing the park. There is also a hot water in the room to boil water. So sweet. There is also a ”Carrefour supermarket” near the hotel, which is very convenient to buy.

Great, good, sized room with a good hot shower, and the balcony was useful. Itnis well located..not in old town but withing walking distance. But location is near main road and train line. Staff was helpful and friendly

The location of the hotel is not in the old city.  It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the old city. The room is very spacious and clean.  was upgraded that day. Sibiu  is a city worth visiting,  recommend everyone to come and play.
