"Right next to the old town and the main square. Pretty good for location. Clean hotel as well. Parking on the street for 10 lei a day, you have to find a spot on your own though."

Best Western Silva Hotel

"May 17th John Powell called and confirmed a room for myself and he said he talked to the manager, booking for 5 days. He called again 10 minutes before I arrived to confirm and was told it was set. I was there for a funeral. When I got there, the lady at the desk was more than pleasant and actually should be the manager, told me she couldn't find me listed. I had John call to confirm we had the right place. I was standing right there. She called the manager and he said he would take care of it when he came in. He was not a nice person. John said he talked to the manager to book it. So it would have been him. He said he checked and there was no booking and the woman that answered the phone earlier was mistaken. I said ok, well we will wait til one was available then. He said NO, we are booked up. If he was a responsible manager he would have said let me find you another room in the area. But he just brushed me off. Rude I went to another hotel, hearing what Best Western did, gave me a room immediately and discounted."

Hotel Stefani

"The hotel is located a little outside the city center. We always took a taxi to get there (12-15 Lei). The staff is very friendly. The rooms are large with beds a little small, but comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathrooms leave something to be desired. The breakfast is very decent. There is no restaurant or bar nearby, however, there is a grocery store across the street that is open 24/7."

"We got an apartment in the hotel which was very well sized with multiple lounges and a bedroom, along with space outside with seats and a table. As the hotel advertises, the reception is not open at all times, but beware that on the day of arrival, you should let the hotel know when you're expected to get there to make sure someone's available to check you in. We didn't do this and were lucky to catch the person at reception just heading out for a while. A great location for exploring the city too."

"We are satisfied from small to large, it is a delight to stay here, cleanliness, security, everything you need when you go on vacation. This is our second time staying here and we are very satisfied with everything, we will definitely stay here next year. I highly recommend the apartments, it is something of a dream."

"The location is decent, and the facilities are complete, including various cooking utensils, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. The heating is strong enough that clothes dry overnight after washing. The TV has various sports channels, making watching games a great experience. Overall, it's excellent value for money."
