Really enjoyed the stay at Zero Box Coimbra. The room was small as expected, but came with a nice bathroom. Shower was good, good water presser and got very hot. Bed was super comfortable with really nice pillows and sheets. Would stay at another Zero Box.

GGuest UserThis was a last-minute trip, so I only placed the order around 7 PM and arrived before 9 PM. Since it was a guesthouse, I had to check in myself. The owner didn't reply to my message immediately, so I contacted the Ctrip customer service representative, who responded very promptly – kudos! The environment was nice, very clean, and the bed was large. I'm quite particular about sleep, so I'd give the accommodations full marks! It's a bit far from the university city of Coimbra, but taxis are easy to get. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

They even included a small cake with a candle for the in-room breakfast—such a thoughtful touch! The welcome sparkling wine and cake were also a delightful surprise. Their exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly set them apart. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay!

AArchDragonI stayed in a single room at ibis Coimbra Centro and had a pleasant experience overall. I was especially happy that the hotel fulfilled my request for a king bed. The room itself is compact but well laid out, just the right size for a solo traveler. One issue I did notice was that the room stayed quite warm, even with the temperature dial set to 15°C and the air conditioning on high. It wasn’t uncomfortable, but it’s something to be aware of. The toilet was spotless, and I really liked the wooden floors and the modern shower area. I opted for breakfast during my stay and was pleasantly surprised by the variety available. There were enough options to enjoy something different each morning, and I always left the table full and satisfied. Thank you ibis Coimbra Centro for hosting me!
