ELALMThe place seems to be not properly maintained. I love the location but it may not be for all because it is far from the main road.
Food was good and i enjoyed all the meals there. The price is reasonable especially for a place where no other food place near.
The only thing that i did not like was that a rat was lurking around our room. It seems that they have not maintained the place well. I know they are near a forest so animals and insect might be around. But, room cleanliness and repairs should have been part of their priorities.

Standard rooms are basic.
Breakfast is very good.
Food is on the high end, but really good.
Beach isn't very suitable for swimming.
Location: a few kilometers from the town of Sipalay, you'll either have to rent a rather expensive tricycle (300 pesos one way) or a slightly less expensive moped.
Check prices beforehand, as they change quickly.

SeaDaddySixWe always stay there when we go to Bacolod City. It's right on the highway and if we need to board the ship the pier is just down the street. Breakfast is okay. Guards are always kind and remember us. Super cheap and decent place. Also lots of parking. Good AC.

We found a booger on the bathroom floor inside the shower. I had to use the disposable toothbrush to remove it. It was too disgusting to take a photo and post it here. Good service though, staff are quite nice!
