Food for its price ranges from 3-8/10, so choose wisely Long waiting time for food ordered, ours was more than 1hr Our host paid 4k/pax for whole day meal coverage but was not delivered, we were just informed after everybody ate dinner at ala cart value We arrived early, but no proper area for our bags, we were just directed to one corner with all our bags scattered, no cart available. Front desk entertained guests not at par with what other luxury hotel/resorts provide They need to improve the quality of personnel, because it dragged our stay... place was wonderful

This was my second time staying at Takatuka Beach Resort and once again, it did not disappoint! This time we celebrated my partner’s birthday and his daughter’s as well and both of them were absolutely amazed by the place. I booked The Cave room for our stay and wow it was beyond impressive! So creative, cozy, and fun truly one of-a-kind. A special thanks to the incredible staff who helped me pull off a birthday surprise for my partner. They were so easy to talk to and very accommodating, especially with the cake design I requested. Everything turned out perfectly! Also, the food was excellent delicious and satisfying every single time. We enjoyed every meal. Takatuka has once again given us a memorable and happy experience. We’ll definitely be back again!

We had a nice trip to Bacolod and stayed at Acacia Hotel for 4 nights. The people are very warm and they always greet guests and the service is excellent. Breakfast buffet is good and included with our accommodation which is very affordable with the amenities as well with wave pool. We also enjoyed the massage that we availed. There is just one thing that the management must address, the ac had a disturbing sound and I hope they would fix it. The location is good because it’s very near the mall. Overall we had a good time staying at Acacia Hotel Bacolod.

The hotel has a country mixed with a modern feel which reflects the local landscape. I like that the function hall seems big enough to fit our company's event. The regular room size that we checked in is spacious, and the toilet is very clean. However, they didn't provide a kettle so we couldn't drink coffee inside. Unlike other hotels having a kettle is standard. Swimming pools are rather small though, not so clean I guess especially the kids pool. But I love the fact they have a life guard on duty to watch over the swimmers. Resting areas around the pool are also limited. Food at the restaurant seems decent, but the ac eating area is limited, some need to eat outside. Overall, even with its limitations I enjoyed my stay because the room we stayed in is very clean, and the service people are quite friendly

Standard rooms are basic. Breakfast is very good. Food is on the high end, but really good. Beach isn't very suitable for swimming. Location: a few kilometers from the town of Sipalay, you'll either have to rent a rather expensive tricycle (300 pesos one way) or a slightly less expensive moped. Check prices beforehand, as they change quickly.

Cozy, Affordable, friendly staff, and very convenient to go around the city😊very clean as well. Will definitely recommend this!

We found a booger on the bathroom floor inside the shower. I had to use the disposable toothbrush to remove it. It was too disgusting to take a photo and post it here. Good service though, staff are quite nice!

Nice hotel. Quiet, beautiful location. Large grounds with many options for active recreation and enjoyment. Spacious pool, gym. Delicious food and friendly staff.
