AAnonymous UserBoat transfer is very unreasonable. One way from island to port is 4,500 for 20minutes.😰 That makes 9000 for two way. Too expensive. Their body wash container is not refilled. Worst is, Wifi is not convenient to us since we are also working online. Then on our last day, the water just stop maybe there is construction on-going. Fyi, the oceanview suite is very far from the reception, pool and beach. Not coming back again.

FFulgencio Pollocation is perfect just few block for a market and walking distance to the marina we're the boats for excursion is dock and load. The hotel accomodations is just basic small bed low and very thin mattress, pillow and blanket is excellent soft, water supply is abundant although electricity us intermitent on and off, our aircondition unit has been affected that doesn't giving cold air glad it was just out last night. pool is beautiful and cleaned , food for breakfast is superb better and giid quality selection. the staff are very polite and respectful, very helpful and get job done as much as possible, they pack a sandwich breakfast for us as we have early trip to El Nido that was very nice if rhem. The water supply is not drinkable so they provide bottled water and you can ask for a refill. They will give you a welcome drink of a fruit drink. This is really a good location, my only dislike is the bed, as it's very small when they say twin bed it is a twin bed, other than that it's ok. Yes its more pricey compare to the sorrounding hotel but the food and pool are the best.

BBrougleI stayed here for two nights over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and had a genuinely lovely stay. The rooms are large and spacious, with balconies, and it was refreshing that the minibar prices didn’t feel extortionate. The hotel is only a 5–10 minute tricycle ride into town and the free airport shuttle was extremely convenient.
The staff were wonderful and full of Christmas cheer, which really added to the experience. Although I didn’t eat at the restaurants as I already had plans, they looked great. I also loved the jetty — it was something a little different and a really nice feature.
Overall, a great stay and I would happily return.

GGuest UserHealth is very good, only then know that there is a special female six-person dormitory, the hotel front desk is free to change. The same people live in Europe and the United States, they are very afraid of heat, the air conditioner is very low, such as 17 degrees. You go to increase them and they will lower. If you want to increase them, you will find that the remote control is missing...waiting to be frozen. The cover on the Philippines side is very thin layer of sheets, so I sleep with my own clutch jacket at night.

GGuest UserThe hotel was quiet and well-located! However, the smell of mold and stuffiness was powerful. The pillows were also full of mold, and the soundproofing was poor, especially if your room faced the pool (this depends on whether you're a light sleeper!). In short, the hotel isn't bad, and the service and staff are very attentive and kind, but if you're sensitive to the things mentioned before, you should definitely take that into consideration!

LLilet EsleraMy husband and I stayed at the hotel for three nights. Our arrival experience was very welcoming. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. However, we found the pool to be a bit dirty during our stay, so we didn’t try it.
Over all we enjoyed our stay and we really liked the vibes in the evening in the restaurant the live bands are really good singers.

JJULIE FRANCESShame about the maintenance management. For two days the swimming pool - one of reasons why we booked the hotel - smelled strongly of paint and the water had a greasy film of noxious smelling chemicals over its surface. The perimeter was being painted but no notice was given and no signage was put up after the work had finished but the chemicals were still evaporating so people were going in without realising for the next 24 hours. The hotel should had offered everyone the alternative of swimming at their sister hotel across the road. We happened to know about this and requested it on the first day but it should have been a standard offer to all other guests. Despite having had it subsequently arranged by both sets of management for us, reception at the sister hotel were unaware and initially told us that temporary usage despite the arrangement and special circumstances was not allowed. By the second day, we didn’t fit in a swim at all because it was too much hassle. This attitude shows the hotel management isn’t really looking after its guests properly and is letting down its guests and its staff who otherwise worked hard to make guests comfortable.

GGuest UserThe place is simply wonderful, the staff is very attentive. You can always take a boat; 15-20 minutes and you're in Coron. It's a lovely place, I was sad to leave. Everything was thought out down to the last detail. The pool overlooks the sea. I highly recommend it; the price is excellent for this quality. We're traveling around the Philippines for a month, and this is probably the best place 🫶

GGuest UserGreat location - short walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ATM/banks, harbour for island hopping, tour agencies, market, etc. The staff are helpful, welcoming and accommodating. They serve a decent Filipino buffet breakfast (6:30-9:00am) that will surely fill you up for your adventures. This hotel has an elevator, which is convenient. They offer a safe for your valuables at the reception (not in the rooms), and they keep them safely. The only downside is the WiFi is only available in the lobby and dining area and not in the rooms, but this wasn’t a problem for us. One problem for us is the smell from the pipes in the bathroom (sometimes), but the overall cleanliness is good. I would go back and stay in this property again. FYI, we stayed in Room SK, which was quite big with a balcony (great for hanging your wet stuff from island hopping - ask for a portable stand hanger).

GGuest UserGreat hotel at an affordable price with the best view! The location is very convenient, close to the main street, but not in a noisy place, you need to walk about 10 minutes, or take a transfer from the hotel, which leaves every 30 minutes. Breakfast is varied and tasty; pancakes and omelettes are prepared upon request. If you are choosing a place to swim in the pool, it is better not here, it is too warm here and with a large amount of chlorine. The hotel is not new, but overall everything is good, they clean it every day! Thank you very much, we really enjoyed it 😍
