We truly appreciate how helpful the hotel staff is, always patient and eager to answer our questions about our trips and entering the ZTL zone. Their quick responses on WhatsApp make everything so much easier. We also really enjoyed the lovely breakfast they offered. Although the room is a bit small, we sleep very comfortably. The neighborhood is charming and feels safe, making our stay even more pleasant.

The hotel is located on a hillside next to the train station, with a good environment. If you want to go to the cathedral in the city, you can take a taxi for 14 euros. It's still a bit far to walk there, but it doesn't seem very convenient to take a taxi back in Siena. The hotel facilities are relatively old, but still quite comfortable. The service at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Breakfast needs to be ordered in advance in the evening, and the taste is good.

It’s my second time to come to Siena. I highly recommend staying in the ancient city. The scenery is so beautiful. You can reach Piazza della Concha within a few minutes’ walk. If you come here next time, you’ll stay here again. There are taxis on the right after you come out of the Siena train station. , it is very convenient to take a taxi to the hotel. When leaving, the boss will help call a taxi, and the hotel can provide parking spaces! The breakfast is also good, and the scenery outside the room can be taken as a postcard

If its your first time to come to siena , you should stay in this hotel because its easy to find , comes with breakfast and so close to public transport , shopping mall and train station . Rooms are clean and the heater works very well. I definitely come back

First of all, the service is very good. The front desk is super welcoming. It is the most enthusiastic hotel I have stayed at in Italy in two years. Seeing that I am a foreigner and I always communicate very slowly in English, I said that I can speak Italian with me, and then the waiter hurriedly I am sorry, and then answered my question patiently. The public environment is very artistic and retro. There is a garden outside. It is comfortable to sit on the sofa in the garden at night. The room is comfortable and the facilities are complete. The only shortcoming is that the breakfast is not. It’s made now, it feels like it was bought in the supermarket and eaten directly, and there are fewer varieties, overall it’s not bad, after all, the house price is relatively low, it’s good value for money 😁

Very, very good! I looked at the pictures on Ctrip before and felt it was very ordinary. I was very surprised after checking in. Because I stayed for three consecutive nights, the triple room I booked was upgraded to a suite with two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, which was huge. The view outside the room window is very beautiful. See Figures 1 to 4 outside the living room window, Figure 5 is the view of the public area, and Figure 6 is the living room. This suite cannot be booked online, but can be booked by email or phone. It is really worth it and highly recommended! The hotel is located just outside the gate of Siena. If you drive by yourself, the ZTL in the city cannot be driven in, so it is very convenient to stay in this hotel. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the city gate and more than ten minutes to walk to Piazza del Campo. The hotel has parking spaces, which need to be paid separately.

The quality ratio to the price is great, very clean, friendly and very helpful service. Parking is free and there is a lot of space on it. We went to Siena from the hotel and I highly recommend - we could see places we wouldn't normally get to.

The apartment is suitable for driving in Tuscany. There is free parking. It takes less than 10 minutes to drive from the old town of Xienna to the apartment. The apartment has a kitchenette and there is Carrefour across the street. It is very convenient, the price is reasonable, and it is recommended!

Conveniently located hotel that is 15 minute walking distance from old Siena. There is paid private parking. The free breakfast is great, with a decent assortment. Rooms are very simple, but this is a small town and should be expected. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the old town.
