"Meet my expectations of the homestay, breakfast coffee is very good. In the old town, the old house was changed to a homestay, and the window was the street. Picture one is the reception desk of the hotel, which is actually a large suite living room. There are very few rooms in the whole hotel. If you want to experience the old town homestay, you can try it. There is also a public terrace. The weather is good and coffee should be great. It is a pity that I lived in it. It was rainy. But the parking lot and check in time are not very convenient, you have to be mentally prepared."

"The whole house is very tasteful, looks magnificent, the location is very good, and the breakfast is rich. However, the machine in the room (one is a refrigerator, one does not know what, has been very loud), sleeping is very annoying. Another big problem is that self-driving tours, parking services need to be reserved, must contact the hotel in advance, their front desk has to go to work at 3 pm, we did not get any prompts, before going to the ztl limit area, stop and call, they said they can drive in, Finally, I knew that the door we opened was wrong, so I had to charge a ticket of about 80!"

The restaurant staff said that I needed a breakfast coupon, but the hotel staff did not take the initiative to give it to me. This is very bad. You can't treat guests like this!

MMidolieI highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Siena. Its location is absolutely superb, directly across from the bus station, which is incredibly convenient for independent travelers looking to explore other Tuscan attractions and ancient towns. Eddie at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and answered all my questions with great enthusiasm. The cleaning lady who serviced my room on March 23rd was incredibly thorough and dedicated; every corner of the room was spotless. Although we couldn't communicate in English, I could truly feel her passion for her work. On March 26th, it was this same diligent cleaning lady. I specifically went to the front desk to find her, but the female staff member at the counter misunderstood, thinking I was requesting a room cleaning. In reality, I wanted to thank her in person. Since it was around 4 PM, I asked the front desk to help me find her. Instead, a female manager came to my door and immediately said, ”The room has already been cleaned, what did we miss?” She mistakenly thought I was dissatisfied with the room's cleanliness, but she understood after I explained. Thanks to the excellent service from the front desk and the dedicated, empathetic cleaning staff, we fell in love with Siena during our five-day stay. We left for our next destination feeling grateful and satisfied. Thank you to the NH team for your service, and a special thank you to that incredibly diligent cleaning lady!

GGuest UserFirst of all, the service is very good. The front desk is super welcoming. It is the most enthusiastic hotel I have stayed at in Italy in two years. Seeing that I am a foreigner and I always communicate very slowly in English, I said that I can speak Italian with me, and then the waiter hurriedly I am sorry, and then answered my question patiently. The public environment is very artistic and retro. There is a garden outside. It is comfortable to sit on the sofa in the garden at night. The room is comfortable and the facilities are complete. The only shortcoming is that the breakfast is not. It’s made now, it feels like it was bought in the supermarket and eaten directly, and there are fewer varieties, overall it’s not bad, after all, the house price is relatively low, it’s good value for money 😁

AAnonymous UserIt is not recommended hahaha, the hotel is located in the scenic area, the sound insulation is very poor, you can hear the voice of tourists... And the toiletries are quite general 😅😅😅 It is easy to be photographed by ztl if you drive... Even if you follow the route of Google map, you will still be photographed. The hotel can help eliminate it. But need to park the car into their garage, the price is more than 60 euros a night............
