The reception staff is different.
There are very nice and pleasant girls, but, unfortunately, not all of them are like that(
When checking in, by mistake, I was given a room without a balcony, when I went down and asked to change it.
They changed it for me, but with such an expression on their face, and I won't even mention the apology for the inconvenience caused..
They also didn't say anything about breakfast at the reception, and about the spa accordingly..
Many people in this hotel really need courses on working with guests

DDerjiaThe boss is very polite, the room is black and simple, there is no shortage of spare parts, the most special is that there are blue bud speakers to connect to play your favorite music, breakfast in the opposite bar (there are two rooms to choose from) I chose the right corner that also surprised me. Very delicious breakfast, everything is so perfect! Be sure to give full marks!

GGuest UserNew and very nice hotel. Very clean. Executive room well equipped and decorated in neutral tones. Lovely shower. Beautiful pool in season and beach just a few steps away. Perfect for visiting Fiera del Levante exhibition centre! Some rooms have pool and sea view. Construction in the area. Excellent breakfast with local products and fresh produce. Great stay!

Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

GGuest UserIn one room from air condition running water down, we i told it in recipient she told me all i can do is to clean,
In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro
And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses .
I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us.
I want my money back

HHYUNCHEONIt looks like a room I got from Airbnb. It looks like a couple using a basement room in a regular house. The terrace is a table placed at the entrance to the basement room, and the water gets lukewarm after using it for a while. You have to wait a long time. The suite room is very spacious, so it is incomparable to a triple room. I paid 9 euros more and changed it on the spot.
