"The room itself was perfectly fine, and we appreciated being given a late check-out until 1:00 PM. Unfortunately, that was where the flexibility ended. We had an evening flight and were travelling with our 7-year-old daughter. After checking out, we asked whether there was anywhere we could take a shower before leaving for the airport. There wasn’t. We then asked if there was at least somewhere suitable to change clothes and were told to use the restroom. Beyond that, the only option offered was to sit in the lobby until it was time to leave. I fully understand that the hotel was busy and that no rooms were available. We were not expecting them to provide us with another room. What disappointed us was the complete lack of effort to find any alternative solution. Throughout the stay, the service was very correct and professional, but also quite minimal. Normally, I probably wouldn’t even mention that. However, when we needed something slightly outside the standard routine, this approach became very noticeable and disappointing. The hotel did what it was required to do, but very little beyond that. For us, hospitality also shows in how a hotel handles a situation that requires a small amount of flexibility, especially when a family with a young child is involved. As a room for the night, it was absolutely fine. As a final stop before an evening flight, however, the experience was disappointing, and I would choose a different hotel next time."

"The hotel is in a great location facing the sea and is very close to tourist attractions. The rooms are decorated in light blue and are very comfortable. It is not luxurious and is only at the level of a four-star hotel in many aspects. At more than 2,400 a night (excluding breakfast), the price/performance ratio is not high."

"A very unpleasant experience. I checked in during the evening and found the mirror covered in smudges, including a man's handprint right in the middle. There were splatters of some liquid and dried food on the walls. There was no bottled water in the room, even though I had been told at check-in that it would be provided. There was no hot water in the shower that evening; it didn't come back on until the afternoon of the following day. On the evening of my arrival, I asked the front desk to have the cleaning staff come as early as possible, but they didn't seem to care and prioritized other rooms instead. I had to go back a second time in the morning, at which point a disgruntled receptionist finally sent a cleaner to the room. There is a hotel under construction right outside the window, causing noise all day long. It is also very far from the city center."
