The breakfast here is truly the best – when you're in Semarang, you really don't need to go searching for food, everything is available at breakfast, it's perfect! ❤️❤️ It's absolutely the best! The service and hospitality are top-notch. We even requested decorations for Father's Day, and they helped decorate the room so beautifully and wonderfully. ❤️ All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the room is incredibly comfortable, no doubt about it.

HusnulHakimWe all know that the staff are the first thing that gives us our first impression of a hotel. For me, the staff at Noormans Hotel were friendly and helpful. On the first night, I complained about the AC and asked the receptionist to change my room. I waited only a few seconds, and the staff were ready with the key and a cart to help me move my things. The food was also good; your tummy will be happy. I loved how clean the room was and that the amenities were complete. All in all, I loved my stay at Noormans Hotel.

Anonymous UserTried out a new hotel that went viral. It's located right in the old town area. Perhaps because it's new, the cleanliness, facilities, and service are still well-maintained. The room was comfortable and very nice. Unfortunately, it uses standard air conditioning (not indoor air conditioning), so it feels like a regular room.

saejade333Room is clean and well maintained. Bathroom is clean and no mould. Room is cleaned daily. TV shows 3 movie channels plus other local and international channels. AC can be controlled via thermostat and cold. Lighting has some switches to control the mood.
Buffet breakfast has western, Chinese, Japanese and local Semarang culinary.
Overall we are happy with the accommodation and would come back next time.

eyecandygoThe hotel facilities are great, and the location is excellent. All the staff members provide impeccable service with an outstanding attitude. Overall, it's a really good hotel. As for others mentioning the loud motorcycle noise at night, I didn't experience it myself, but perhaps everyone's sensitivity is different. All in all, this is a fantastic hotel.

SukaJalanJalanThe lobby is so beautiful but not really match with the room situation. Actually I expect more… poor cleanliness, carpet looks old and also the AC knob looks so dirty.
And very disappointed, when I took my breakfast, they are still using many broken bowl 🫣🫣🫣 Out of standard… I think the hotel should improve this problem…
I am not sure to return for the second stay…

Amir & ArieThis is one of the cheapest 5-star hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel might be a bit old, but everything works perfectly. The service and hospitality are very satisfying. The location is right in front of Semarang's main activity center. At night, you can take a stroll in front of the hotel. Ciputra Mall is right next door, and there are dozens of restaurants around the hotel.

Guest UserHotel need to be refurbished a bit, they dont supply bottled water as you have to get your water from the dispenser located at the corridors, a bit inconveniet if you arrive late and tired. But maybe good if you with family as drinking water is unlimited

Love it.
My kids also love the hotel and the staff is really friendly.
The service also excellent.
