"A great hotel, convenient location and clean rooms. Sometimes you hear neighbors behind the wall, but here is a lucky place with neighbors. The only question for pillows, very strange, is more like 2 pancakes."
The 3-star Campanile Reims Centre - Cathédrale hotel-restaurant enjoys an ideal location in the heart of the city, less than a mile from the SNCF train station: the perfect spot from which to explore Reims during your family vacation. Enjoy our quality amenities, including parking, restaurant with a buffet and breakfast, bar/lounge, and 2 meeting rooms.
"Above expectation! Despite ongoing renovations and no parking on the premises, everything about this business hotel is spot on. The triple room we had was newly renovated and spotless. Even the hairdryer worked well and did the job fast. We forgot some items in the room when checking out and the hotel contacted us immediately via the app’s messaging system. Price was a bit high but for a last-minute find, this place is a gem. 10 minutes to the cathedral of Reims on foot. Didn’t get the breakfast, so can’t comment."

Amazing
MManishSinghOur visit to Champagne Domaine Sacret was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Champagne. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, authentic, and incredibly well thought out. This is a family-owned B&B.
The setting in Aÿ is stunning—peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by beautiful vineyards that perfectly capture the charm of the Champagne region. The hospitality was exceptional; the hosts were welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do, complimentary champagne tasting every evening at 6 pm is cherry on the cake.
The champagne itself was outstanding—refined, elegant, and memorable. Each tasting came with insightful explanations, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. You can really feel the craftsmanship and heritage behind every bottle.
What stood out the most was how personal and genuine the entire visit felt. It wasn’t just a tasting—it was an immersive experience into the world of champagne making.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting the region. Whether you’re a champagne enthusiast or just looking for a unique and relaxing experience, this is a must-visit.
YYilukaixuangeThis is the first night of the Fari trip. I arrived at Paris Airport in the morning and rented a car to the hotel. The hotel is close to the city center, but the road in front of the door is a one-way street. There are not many vehicles passing by and it is not noisy. The location is very good. The parking garage is not too big, the entrance is less than a little on the facade of the hotel, don't drive it, otherwise the one-way line will have to retrograde or detour. After arriving, ask Shangtai Garage entry method and then check in early. The service is standardized and the hygiene is impeccable.
MMiss Arielly RibeiroThe hotel is charming and elegant, excellent swimming pool service with cold champagne and other drinks, ideal temperature swimming pool water and delicious kitchen at the restaurant (best scargot we ever eaten) I thank the staff of the hotel (particularly when the lady that welcomed us was very sympathetic and efficient) all the staff who welcomed us with much professionalism and good mood in all the rooms of the hotel!
Mmiss banzaiVery clean and spacious hotel. The staff were super friendly. The bar and restaurant is open late until midnight, they have a snack shop. The breakfast was nice also the hotel is spacious and beautiful. I would defenitly go back if staying in Reims. It's not located directly at the city center though, but at least it's quiet. They have a parking place for those coming by car. I recommend it
CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.
QQueenie ChanQThe room was quite spacious and included a mini-kitchen, though it only had a microwave oven and no cooking utensils. Breakfast was served at the rooftop restaurant, which had an outdoor dining area with a great view. However, the food was the same every day, with the only hot options being baked eggs, baked beans, and sausages. There was no drinking water in the room, but each floor had a water dispenser where you could fill up. Parking was available on the street outside the hotel.
WwalterThe hotel was soled out. The first morning breackfast was a total desaster. No personal, almost impossible to have food. Even a problem to have a hot drink.
A bad experience.
Fould of the management. Nobody of the management there.
Just some nice young girl. Of course she could di nothing.
Management should be fired immediatly..
Personal of the hotel was very nice. But.......
GGuest UserDo consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!
GGuest UserCheck-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression.
The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly.
Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.
