The hotel was fresh and vibrant with staff who were genuinely helpful and interested in providing a beautiful experience. The room we had was large, clean, well equipped, quiet and had great air conditioning. There was a buffet breakfast in the morning which had a vast range of fresh produce with everything you could wish to have. Service at breakfast was excellent too with staff on hand to clear you dishes and plates and ask if they could help in any way. We made an excellent choice staying at this hotel. Garage with limited parking but very convenient and good access compared to some hotels.

Wonderful hotel in fantastic location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the room, bed and beautiful fittings. Definitely stay here again, faultless.

Overall, a very good experience. The staff were friendly and polite. The location is convenient, with many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The room was spacious and clean.

Beautiful hotel on the very center of Reims walking distance from the cathedral. Recently renovated. Big rooms, beautiful and user friendly design. Very clean. Nice spa, bar and restaurant areas. Very friendly and professional staff.
