Hotels with Bars in Antwerp

I booked the room on May 2026 and prepaid by credit card when the booking confirmed. Once I arrived on July 2026, I paid city tax by debit Mastercard. Everything was fine in my stay but when I checked out 3 days later, front desk asked me to pay for the room, I showed her the receipt and bank statement. She just asked me to email to the hotel and hasn’t do anything for help. After I left, I got a notification from email that I was charged for the room fee from my debit Mastercard without my approval and I have sent a email again for 4 days already that it still have no reply

Hilton felt like a really good 4 star hotel, the staff is really nice and welcoming, they are also very helpful and respectful. Rooms are dated and tired but still up to standard with all the needed amenities. We were upgraded to an executive room on the top floor and it was a great experience with the rooftop lounge views and services exclusive to the executive rooms. Breakfast was awesome with good salty choices and okay savory choice, but everything was of good quality. Overall a great experience in the dead heart of Antwerp old city.

They said it was right next to the train station, but you still have to walk a bit, which is tough when you're dragging luggage. The hotel isn't big, and once inside, there were a lot of chaotic scenes, which was a bit irritating to look at. First, they said they didn't have toothbrushes and told us to go buy our own. Then they found one, but they only provided one set of toiletries for two people, and no slippers at all. My friends, if you come later, remember to bring your own. I'm not sure if it's because I booked through Trip.com, but the room they gave us was indeed the first one on the second floor, right by the elevator. I figured it was just for one night, so I let it slide. The breakfast was decent, with baked sweet potatoes and roasted potatoes, which tasted good. There were also some small cakes and dorayaki, and you could even make your own waffles.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the train station, with rooms on both sides of the street, offering nice night views. It's also very close to Chinatown. City Hall Square is a bit of a walk, about 1.5 kilometers. We booked a room with a 1.8-meter king bed and a sofa bed (which my friend said wasn't very comfortable). The room itself was quite spacious, and the price included a standard continental breakfast, which was decent. Now for the less-than-ideal parts. The hotel initially couldn't find my booking, stating their system showed a reservation for the previous day, which wasn't mine. It took a long time to sort out the check-in process. And then, this was by far the worst night's sleep I've ever had. Around 11:30 PM, people started checking into the room next door – it felt like a whole group across several rooms. They all gathered in that one room, started playing music, singing, chatting loudly, and moving furniture around. It was incredibly noisy. After enduring it for a while, I couldn't take it anymore and called the front desk. They said they'd handle it, but after a long wait and no change, I called a second time. Someone eventually came up and knocked on their door, and they stopped the music. However, shortly after, they resumed their loud talking and laughing. Plus, I don't know where all the furniture came from, but they kept moving things around. I barely slept in the first half of the night. It was a truly dreadful experience.

Facilities: Well-equipped, with spacious rooms and convenient transportation for easy access. Hygiene: The hotel is quiet, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The beds in the room are comfortable. Environment: Quite good, with a large bathroom. Service: The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming, and customer service is excellent.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and the location is fantastic, right next to Antwerp Central Station, arguably the most beautiful train station in Europe. It's also right next to the Chocolate Museum, and within walking distance of the Old Town and Grote Markt. The hotel breakfast is absolutely amazing, served in a flamingo-themed restaurant. Even the ginger tea is presented in a unique way that stands out from other cafes. But the best part is the service! We got completely soaked today, and even after checking out and returning to the hotel, the staff went above and beyond, getting a hairdryer to help us dry our hair and clothes!

Excellent, though the price reflects that. It's totally worth it, right next to Chinatown and Central Station, making transportation and dining incredibly convenient.

Nice room ,the space is quite big and look comfortable. The hygiene is good! Very clean! The breakfast place is acceptable bit the variety of food is not more. The picked food areas are not very big enough to many people to line up to pick good! I recommend all come to have breakfast as early as you can. Overall I sleep well in the night! Thank you! The housekeeper is helpful. The reception desk is helpful too. The venue is good so I can save money to go shopping center and MA go music institute. Thanks

Pretty old repairmen, bathroom door didn’t work properly. Otherwise a big room, all amenities in the kitchen and perfect location. 7 of 10

The hotel offers free luggage storage with no time limit. However, rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy, and the blankets are quite thin. Breakfast isn't amazing, but the location is excellent, right across from the train station. If you prioritize convenience, I'd recommend booking an inner-facing room, which should be quieter. Antwerp is beautiful, and there are some really good Asian restaurants nearby.
