Hotels with balcony in Antwerp

How should I describe this hotel? Actually, the location is great, the environment is great, the price is reasonable, and the room even has a kitchen and washing machine. Maybe because I stayed in a room by myself, the design of this hotel building is very unique. It actually has two buildings, but I happened to stay in the other building, so I had to walk a long way and it was very deep. I'm not afraid of walking, but every time I had to go back to the room, for some reason it was very quiet... very quiet... It was a bit scary (after all, the corridor is really deep) (you have to go down a short flight of stairs and take two different elevators). As for the environment and the room, it was great, but I was really scared to go back to the room during the two days I stayed there (I didn't have this feeling when I stayed in other hotels).

It was a unique hotel. Green surroundings, yet right in the middle of the city. We had high tea, which was very good. The only minor drawback was that the sweets were all white chocolate mousse, so a bit more variety in the sweet options would have made it even better for us. Something like a macaron or a praline, for example, but otherwise, no complaints. Breakfast was amazing. I'm not sure if I'd say it was worth 60 euros per person, but it was very good. The service was also excellent. They even walked us to our room. We were given an accessible room, though I'm not sure why, but an adjustable bed wasn't a bad thing at all.

Nice room ,the space is quite big and look comfortable. The hygiene is good! Very clean! The breakfast place is acceptable bit the variety of food is not more. The picked food areas are not very big enough to many people to line up to pick good! I recommend all come to have breakfast as early as you can. Overall I sleep well in the night! Thank you! My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful, which made it a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is situated very close to Antwerp Central Station, which makes transportation extremely convenient, especially if you are arriving by train or planning to travel around Belgium. The surrounding area is calm, safe, and very pleasant to walk around. Within just a short walk, you can find many lovely streets, shops, restaurants, and cafés. I also loved that it is close to Antwerp Zoo, which is one of the oldest zoos in Europe and definitely worth visiting. The neighborhood has a very charming atmosphere, and simply walking around the area felt like part of the experience. The hotel itself was very comfortable and well maintained. The room was neat, nicely arranged, and provided a relaxing environment after a busy day in the city. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt quiet and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only small thing that could be improved is the heating. It would have been even better if the room heater could make the room warmer, especially during colder weather. Aside from that, everything else about my stay was great. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antwerp. The combination of the excellent location, peaceful environment, and comfortable rooms makes it a great place to stay while exploring the city.

No extra bed available. Good location, close to all attractions. The room is small, but this is a common problem in European hotels. Suitable for children and children. Did not drive, it is not clear whether there is parking

Located just outside the train station so it’s convenient. You have to check in in separate building though which is 5 minutes away. The room is spacious and the bed is super comfortable. There is a problem of doubling city tax which it written to be included with the room when paying from this app but then I got charged again in the front desk.

Zeer mooeie kamer die goed gelegen is. Helaas was 1 van de 2 douche haakjes volledig uit de muur en de andere half uit de muur. Op de muur aan de douche was een handafdruk en nog waterspatters van de vorige te zien ook lag er nog een haar op de grond. Mischien handig dat er een aftrekker in de douche voorzien word het water loopt tot aan de wc. Borden en kookgerief was niet zuiver. Ondanks dit wel een leuk verblijf gehad en zeker een aanrader.

Super General manager, Super hosts, I would definitely book this hotel again and again if the service and terms would be the same. Central located, check-in procedure was easy. Bar with snacks/food/drinks was a excetional service :) Tip The bathroom smell - Can be solved to change/clean the drain/sifon. Tip: Airconditioning was'nt there or the instructions to put the airconditioning on was unclear. The room was too hot to sleepwell. Opening windows was a solution but then the sound of the voices among the streets was too loud. Tip: Lack of service with our booking. While I was trying to pay in advance. There was a pop-up message that mu room with breakfast wasnt available. But the payment process was still ongoing. After that, I saw I booked a Superior Room without Breakfast. I was paying more for what I wanted in first instance. There was no solution from the Hotel and/or Trip.com.

Goede service, vriendelijk ontvangst. Kamer netjes, koffie/ thee faciliteiten beneden naast de bar. Locatie prima, gratis parkeergelegenheid, of dichtbij P+R Luchtbal. Openbaar vervoer voor het hotel, bussen en trams richting het centrum en Antwerpen Centraal station

Wij verbleven 2 nachten in een kamertype: studio. We kwamen vroeger aan dan de voorziene check-in tijd maar werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. We konden ons omkleden en de bagage werd veilig bewaard aan de receptie (en nadien door een medewerker naar de kamer gebracht). Via een persoonlijke SMS werden we op de hoogte gebracht wanneer de kamer klaar was. Aangezien we toen niet meer in het hotel waren werd de code en procedure duidelijk uitgelegd om later vlot in te checken via huisnummer 115. De studio was ruim en voorzien van alles zoals voorgesteld tijdens de reservatie. Voor de rokers is er een ruime aparte 'patio'. Hier kan je rustig roken en je eigen drankje consumeren zonder de 'niet-rokers' te storen. Zowel in de kamer, kitchenette en badkamer was de hygiëne prima. Op de gang is er tevens een automaat met enkele drankjes, snoep, chips, tandenborstel,... voorzien. Dit hotel voldeed ruimschoots aan alle verwachtingen van een 3-sterren product. Het uitchecken verliep vlot en wederom hartelijk en vriendelijk. In de kamer was het geluid van de straat wel hoorbaar maar dat wisten we op voorhand gezien de ligging van het hotel (bij een volgende reservatie vragen we misschien een kamer aan de binnenzijde). Een hotelkamer in het echte centrum van de stad heeft dan weer andere geluiden. Het hotel is bijzonder gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf het centraal (trein)station en op 20 minuten te voet ben je in hartje Antwerpen. Bij een volgende uitstap naar Antwerpen zal onze keuze snel gemaakt zijn en kiezen we voor Arass Hôtel & Business Flats.
