I brought my parents here for a hot spring getaway. The 98-square-meter room type includes a private hot spring in the yard. We stayed for two days and it was exceptionally comfortable. Driving out for meals was also convenient. The entire hotel is nestled within a tropical rainforest. Highly recommend!"

"After hiking down Qixianling Mountain, it was already late and drizzling, leaving me exhausted. Arriving at the hotel and settling into a comfortable room, a soak in the hot springs instantly washed away my fatigue. Waking up early the next morning, I could clearly see Qixianling from the balcony, a place I'd spent hours hiking the day before – it felt like an effortless hike. Before breakfast, I swam in the rooftop infinity pool, enjoying the misty Qixianling and the slender, swaying areca palm trees – a truly delightful experience 😀. The room was well-equipped, with a view from the bed, and the courtyard and lobby areas were beautifully decorated. The receptionist was excellent, doing her best to make us feel right at home."

"Located in the heart of Baoting, the hotel offers convenient parking, including an underground car park. It's also convenient for visiting Qixianling. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and there's a swimming pool downstairs where the kids had a blast. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the communication was excellent! A big thank you to the breakfast lady. I forgot to pick up my lunch bag after dinner, and she was on her way to get it. The environment was very clean, the view was great, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable! I'll definitely choose Vienna again next time!"

Despite its newness, the cleaning was poor, the floors weren't mopped, and the water was insufficient."

Even though we are actively trying to solve the problem, it still doesn’t work."

The Five Fingers Mountain outside the window is still very beautiful. You can listen to frogs at night, and the flower fragrance on the balcony in the morning"

"This facility was originally built as a residential unit. The rooms are in fact apartments. Quite oldish design but very well maintained and very clean. Be aware though that the kitchen has a refrigerator and kettle but there is no microwave and the stove can’t be used as there is no gas supply. So forget about cooking. There is also no restaurant so meals have to be taken outside including breakfast."

"This hotel is fantastic! It's right at the entrance of the scenic area, with shuttle service to and from the hotel. We booked a standard room online for less than 100 yuan, and it even included breakfast! The room was clean and hygienic, and although not very big, it was cozy and comfortable. We were a bit tired after a long day of sightseeing, but the hotel's warm service, including taking us to the bonfire party that evening, instantly revitalized us, and we had a wonderful time. If I ever come back, I'll definitely stay here again—it's so beautiful!"

"I really don't recommend this hotel. There is really no experience. There are only four hot spring pools. One of them is only shallow enough to reach the calf. The water is very dirty and the water temperature is very cold. There is no one to manage the hot spring hotel pool area. Bathrobes can only be placed on the floor where bath towels are placed. The hotel service is too bad. First, I called to send a few bath towels. The front desk said that it is the peak season and they will charge a bath towel washing fee of 10 yuan per towel. Second, I saw it on Ctrip reviews. I called the front desk for late check-out and they said it was the peak season and I couldn't check out late. They were very rude. No matter what I asked for, they would just use the peak season as an excuse. However, only a few hot springs were open. There were not many people eating breakfast. There were no people in the whole hotel. The hotel staff are lazy and mean. Don't believe the recommended posts on Xiaohongshu. They are probably just advertisements. I booked this hotel because I believed the post on Xiaohongshu. The room type, environment and service are all like a guesthouse. The hygiene level is also worrying. I really admire that the bathroom does not put toiletries but put them on the sink. That means I have to take them in myself. The room is also very dirty, as if it has not been cleaned. The breakfast time is only until 9:30. You get up late. You can't have breakfast at one o'clock. I didn't eat it anyway. My parents went to eat and said there was nothing to eat and it was very unpalatable. All in all, this hotel really has no advantages. Please avoid it and don't book it!"

The hotel also had a spa, which was great after my tiring trip; I felt much better after a few treatments. There was also a restaurant with a good breakfast, and parking was very convenient. It's also very close to the Yanoda Scenic Area, making it a great location for sightseeing and shopping. I absolutely loved this hotel!"
