"This time, I took a break from my busy schedule and brought my whole family to the mountains for a vacation. After carefully choosing among many options in Baoting, I finally settled on the Narada Resort & Spa. In terms of location and brand alone, it truly stands out. We booked a villa, and the buggies in the resort were always available on call, making getting around very convenient. The hardware facilities were impeccable. However, the stay experience was significantly diminished by the service details. The morning after check-in, at seven o'clock, a misdialed call from the front desk woke up my entire family. Afterward, the hotel acted as if nothing had happened. When I went to the front desk the next day to provide feedback, the staff's attitude was indifferent, and I didn't even receive a formal apology, which was truly disheartening. Furthermore, the environment at the breakfast buffet was terrible; it was noisy and chaotic, completely lacking the calm and comfort expected of a resort hotel. In conclusion, the hardware and natural environment at Narada are indeed excellent, but the service awareness and staff training clearly haven't kept up with the brand's standards. I hope the hotel takes guest feedback seriously and doesn't let its hardware advantages be overshadowed by a poor service experience."

"Booked a room in advance for the Water Festival, and found that it was the last one, very lucky. It is quite close to Qixian Square, estimated to be about 800 meters. It is not far from Baoting Station. I walked to the station and caught the bus to Haikou. Clean and sanitary, comfortable interior layout. The only regret is that I didn't find the bedside lamp. I don't know if I didn't find it or didn't arrange it. King bed room, large space. The electric bed is the first time to experience it, like a toy."

"The hotel is incredibly well-designed, looking sturdy and beautiful, with thoughtful landscaping. The rooms are fully equipped, and the butler, Awen, was very attentive. During our stay, it happened to be my child's birthday, and Awen specially prepared a pony gift for the child, who was very happy. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The only downside is that there's no laundry room in the public areas, and the hotel doesn't offer laundry service, so I had to hand-wash my clothes every day 😂."

"Because we were going to visit the Yanoda Rainforest, we simply looked for a hotel that was close to it. We found a two-bedroom villa and immediately placed an order. When we arrived at the hotel that afternoon, we could only park our car in the parking lot and then the hotel's special electric car would take us and our luggage to check in and go to the hotel room. It was really a good deal to include a visit to Yanoda! One person saved almost 200 yuan, and there was a discount for buying attractions in the scenic area at the hotel front desk, which saved another 20 yuan. The room was very large and clean, with two bathrooms, a washing machine, and a large refrigerator. I didn't expect the water in the swimming pool to be very clean. Although the weather in Sanya was very cold this time, my husband still went to the swimming pool to swim. The living room is very large, especially suitable for a family trip. Although many of the villas next to it have not been developed and look a bit shabby, the air here is really good. It is really comfortable in the tropical rainforest. It is also very quiet. Breakfast is delivered to the room. My God, there are so many things that I can't finish them. Steamed buns, fried noodles, fried dough sticks, egg porridge, and soy milk. If I had to say a downside, I turned on the light in the cloakroom and found a big cockroach. I was so scared. I was too afraid of cockroaches. I suggest that the hotel put cockroach medicine regularly. It is very humid here and it is easy to attract cockroaches."

After eating breakfast, it was more than six o'clock. At the beginning, I called the boss and said that I would check in around seven o'clock. I didn't expect the boss to give us the password at five o'clock. It’s really missing. You can stay for a day and a night. Hahaha 🤣 The room is really a must. It’s no exaggeration to say that it’s the first time I’ve seen such a careful homestay and hotel in such a long time. The room is equipped with a large refrigerator and a washing machine. The view is super super super super super super good.～ My favorite is The boss prepared disposable towels and bath towels. It’s really too careful. ～ I have stayed in Baoting for so many days. Why didn’t I find it? It’s really a loss. I have to live for many days decisively.～ I must experience this Baoting life ✌️. I don’t have much to say. "Stepping inside, I was immediately struck by the stunning design of the guesthouse—how it seamlessly blended aesthetics and comfort! Then, they even had a charging station for our electric vehicle! We were almost out of power when we arrived from Haikou, and we even found a charging station nearby, planning to charge it for an hour the next day. But there was one right in the guesthouse's parking lot! And the parking lot was huge and well-planned. Two delightful surprises upon arrival! The butler service was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and meticulous! Xiao Chen and Xiao Huang were both very nice; their smiles were infectious throughout the entire trip! We arrived close to midnight, and Xiao Chen had already prepared the hot spring water for us and thoughtfully arranged fruit and desserts by the hot spring pool. Xiao Huang noticed we were awake as we were drawing the curtains and kindly asked if we wanted breakfast prepared. When I mentioned wanting to take photos at the infinity pool on the fifth floor, she carefully helped me choose a swimsuit from the available items and beautifully wrapped my daughter's gift. She even escorted us to the parking lot when we left. In short, it's the most satisfying guesthouse I've ever stayed at in the entire country, bar none! I was so satisfied that I wrote this long review myself. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!"
