This time, I took a break from my busy schedule and brought my whole family to the mountains for a vacation. After carefully choosing among many options in Baoting, I finally settled on the Narada Resort & Spa. In terms of location and brand alone, it truly stands out. We booked a villa, and the buggies in the resort were always available on call, making getting around very convenient. The hardware facilities were impeccable. However, the stay experience was significantly diminished by the service details. The morning after check-in, at seven o'clock, a misdialed call from the front desk woke up my entire family. Afterward, the hotel acted as if nothing had happened. When I went to the front desk the next day to provide feedback, the staff's attitude was indifferent, and I didn't even receive a formal apology, which was truly disheartening. Furthermore, the environment at the breakfast buffet was terrible; it was noisy and chaotic, completely lacking the calm and comfort expected of a resort hotel. In conclusion, the hardware and natural environment at Narada are indeed excellent, but the service awareness and staff training clearly haven't kept up with the brand's standards. I hope the hotel takes guest feedback seriously and doesn't let its hardware advantages be overshadowed by a poor service experience.

I liked how the light was organized. Beautiful! The hotel is 150 meters from the thermal sources, in the tropical forest. On the hotel territory a beautiful restaurant! All the dishes are delicious. Lanzja secret tofu melts in the mouth! Wild amarant roasted with acid pleasantly surprised. The coconut rice was enjoyed for breakfast. Visit Mount Qixian Hot Springs National Forest Park, which is 3.3 km. There and back arriving on a park bus. They made a climb to the mountain. Inexpected! We will definitely return to this charming place!

The front desk upgraded my room, and I could enjoy the hot spring on the balcony while admiring Qixianling Mountain in the distance. The room was very spacious, and the balcony was also large. The surroundings were quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The breakfast was quite rich, and on a not-too-hot day, you could eat breakfast on the outdoor terrace, breathing in the fresh air and looking at Qixianling Mountain. The outdoor hot spring was also great and very comfortable. It was really refreshing to soak in it after hiking. This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in the Baoting area so far.

One thing to say, although the overall situation is a bit old and there are not many types of breakfast, the advantage is that the environment is really good. I didn't feel it when I arrived at noon. I got up the next morning and had breakfast in the restaurant. The air was very good and I could see Qixianling. , rabbits, peacocks, and free-range chickens are not afraid of people. The children are very happy to see them. It felt like the Bird's Nest swimming pool was just like that, the water was too hot, but I had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. The soaking pool in the room is also very good. After taking a dip at night, take a dip again the next morning. It is very comfortable. Although the hotel is in the rain forest, there are not many mosquitoes, which is really rare! The attitude of the staff is also very enthusiastic. The experience is still very good!

The hotel is nestled at the foot of Qixianling Mountain, boasting a superb environment. The main building is ideal for wheelchair users, and the receptionist was very helpful, upgrading my room. The room even had its own hot spring, which was very convenient and comfortable. The restaurant manager was very welcoming and greeted us proactively; the food was also of good quality. A small hotel in Baoting County, low-rise buildings with stairs; the room space is normal, but the projector is broken, and there is nothing wrong with it. The county town is very small, not far from where to go, you can walk. The overall price/performance ratio is okay.
