2. The security guards also help direct traffic, which is really necessary given how dangerous it can be.

CChloe C. LinThe service was excellent, as expected of a COAST hotel. Every staff member was smiling and ready to assist every guest. They were responsive to requests and remembered guests' names, making guests feel respected. The room had everything they needed, but the facilities were quite old, the soundproofing was poor, and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. I strongly suggest the hotel renovate it. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach.

GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. While the location was a bit tricky to find, the hotel offers a wealth of amenities. The pool is great fun. For this price, it's unbeatable, even better than some five-star establishments. Apart from looking a little dated, the overall vibe is excellent, giving off a real resort feel. The breakfast spread is extensive and even better and more varied than what you'd find at five-star hotels, which was a very pleasant surprise. Seriously, at this price, just book it without hesitation.

GGuest UserOur stay at the Savoy Hotel was amazing. We had a lot of fun by the pool, at the gym, or playing ping pong. We also got a massage at the Lila spa that we really enjoyed. Our room was comfortable, clean, there was a balcony. Our towels were changed every day, garbage was picked up, sheets were changed every other day.
The staff were great, polite, attentive, helpful. They deserve a lot of praise, especially the shuttle bus driver, Chris, who really made our trip even better providing a lot of information about the island and the Philippine tradition.
The food was tasty. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food. The Newcoast beach is a walking distance from the hotel, and the famous Keyhole is nearby that beach. The dmall and white beach area are just 20 mins away by free shuttle bus.

DDarina Muradyant’s a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - it’s big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !

GGuest UserAfter checking in we have informed front desk about the air condition not working. Took couple of hours to fix the problem. We request compensation due to air conditioning not working on the day of arrival and overnight on the next day. But they only offered us room transfer which would have been inconvenient with us since we have a lot to things to pack especially while traveling with two kids. With this weather air conditioning is essential for our kids comfort. We weren't able to sleep due to this problem.

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless, with daily room cleaning, and the beachfront location was perfect. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Most of all, thank you for granting our special request for my father’s 70th birthday — it meant a lot to us. MMs. ShaThe location is excellent because it is located in the station 2. The room is clean but the cr dont have water drainage, only sa shower has. It is ok if the cr no drainage if the cr and the shower have small holes to pass the water to drain because the water in the CR will accumulate. We feel little discomfort since their service is a little late. We arrived at quarter to 2 to check in but the room still not ready. We are already in the room while they’re still changing the beddings. No wifey inside the room u need to go downstairs to connect to their wifi.
