Amazing
GGrace Ridnour-NollschGorgeous boutique hotel with staff that goes above and beyond. The heir of the estate actually greets guests and ensures they have a pleasant stay. We only got to stay for one night, but they upgraded our room and allowed us to enjoy the pool as we arrived early and they needed time to get the room ready. It is worth the price.
GGuest UserService was the best of the best. Rooms are clean, neat, charming and spacious. Complimentary breakfast with tea, coffee and juice was offered. The owner went out of their way to provide all the information needed to make our stay pleasant in Merida.
CCanSwedeThe hotel was well-located and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, the shower drain was not properly installed and sewage gases would fill the whole hotel room. The hotel cleaners tried to mask the odour by liberally spraying a room deodorizer. The pool, although shallow, was perfect for cooling off.
XXiqueermamaI really like this old hotel, the perfect location, the Buddha and the warm service, the Mexican service is really very good. The executive floor is set, and those snacks and coffee breakfast are free. The service is really great, people can't help but tip more.
HHitsu18Beautiful, charming hotel, a bit dated. Large rooms, good restaurants, and good room service. Underground parking with no elevator and a bad sewer smell.
GGuest UserNice hotel, great time! We had the room with small private bath on the roof. Here was great in cool with the hot weather, but unfortunately not very beautiful view. The location was close to the center so everything was well to walk. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, there was only one street where we could park free and fortunately we had found a place there, but otherwise we should have paid and I didn't find this very clearly on the site.
GGuest UserThe room was lovely and big. Mirasol and Elizabeth were very kind and professional. Mirasol helped me with my bags and arranged a switch of my room when the hot water was not working. I was told it was working again in that room the next day. Great location. Make sure you request a room towards the back as I understand the rooms at the front can be noisy at night. Would recommend
GGuest UserThe hotel decoration is very local, quiet and hygienic. In the old neighborhood, there are many foods around, not far from the airport, the hotel has a swimming pool, many group tours around, very satisfied!
