Customer service was excellent
Very understanding staffs and hats off to the manager
Pool was good
Just a suggestion to upgrade the restaurant for lively mood (music, vibrant lights, live music etc) and more affordable menu so guests can eat at the hotel rather than going out to restaurants.

Location perfect 👍👍👍. The renovations have really given the place a nice face lift. Great service. Sure everyone shares an iron that resides in reception , and the stairs needs delicate mindful manoeuvring , but for the price , it was the perfect new years stake out spot ❤️
