We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel, which has a fascinating history and truly immerses you in the atmosphere of traditional China. The breakfast was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful tea ceremonies. At the same time, the rooms are very comfortable and modern, with thoughtful details such as a Dyson hairdryer and a smart toilet. A very special thank you to Winnie, who made our stay truly memorable. She recommended some wonderful local sights, introduced us to an amazing traditional ceremony, and helped us discover Chinese culture and traditions on a much deeper level. This hotel is not just a place to stay — it is an experience in itself. Highly recommended!

Right by the old city gate, so you don't have to drag your luggage far down cobbled streets. It's super convenient for an evening stroll through the ancient city, visiting Xu Guo Stone Archway, and the Government Office. Restaurants and small shops are right outside. It's also close to many nearby attractions, and there's a local intangible cultural heritage performance of fish lanterns. The commercial street is just around the corner. The hotel facilities are complete and quite new, and the service attitude is excellent. They even offer travel tips and recommend local specialty restaurants.

Recommended! We stayed in two rooms for three nights, with an elderly and a child. The service was very good and attentive. I sent a lot of things by express delivery, and they were very responsible in contacting me and keeping them. This hotel can be said to be a boutique and exquisite type, with more than a dozen rooms and a low crowd density, so it feels very leisurely. The location is just opposite the ancient city, with good scenery and convenient. There is a particularly comfortable courtyard. We drank and watched the rain in the courtyard in the evening. It was so comfortable. The hardware and supplies in the room are very good, the pillows are comfortable, and the decoration is very stylish, just like the imagined Huizhou temperament. The breakfast is also carefully prepared, and the ingredients are fresh and large. I saw the reviews before coming here, and what you see is what you get, and it feels even better.

The host was incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room. The food was delicious – we enjoyed a casual dinner of various wild greens and fresh vegetables, and breakfast was substantial. Our chicken soup for lunch the next day was fantastic, and all meals were very reasonably priced. The hotel's location is absolutely superb; it truly feels like you're staying right within the scenic area. We even saw passing tourists stop by to look around and take photos. Mornings offered fresh air, and nights were filled with stars. It was peaceful all day, with almost no noise besides birdsong. There's a large viewing platform, perfect for capturing photos and soaking up the sun. A 10-minute walk up a path behind the hotel leads to stunning terraced fields and canola flower fields, making a trip to Meiganling practically unnecessary. The rooms are spacious and all feature large floor-to-ceiling windows. If you arrive by high-speed train at Sanyang Town, a taxi will get you here in just over ten minutes.

The location is exceptionally strategic where it is easy to roam around the village or to get the view of the village from the opposite side. The owner is very nice, soft-spoken and came out to pick me up after my driver gave him a call in advance. He also introduced to me several strategic spots to take pic while on the way to the hotel but at that time I was too tired to pay attention. Meals i.e. dinner and breakfast were with them, and I would say it is excellent especially breakfast comes with an exceptionally great view.

Turn left 3 meters after entering the city gate (about 1 meter in total). It's very close to the drop-off point, so don't miss it. The guesthouse is in a traditional Chinese style, matching the atmosphere of the ancient city. It's very quiet at night. It's conveniently located for visiting several famous attractions in the ancient city, all within a 5-20 minute walk. The staff are also very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Huizhou Ancient City is just across the road from the hotel. There is a river and a market right behind the hotel, so there are plenty of things to see and it is great for a walk. The food at the restaurant recommended by the owner was also delicious. The hotel is excellent value for money. It is clean, and the female owner is very kind. I had a wonderful stay.😊

The hotel environment is elegant, the Huizhou cultural heritage is very rich, and it is perfect to combine with the ancient city of Huizhou, especially it is very convenient to go out. It takes a few minutes to walk to the ancient city of Huizhou. The service is also very good. I will definitely stay here next time!
