Anonymous UserWe paid 3500 for the food sa NYE countdown, di worth it, overprice, food taste like crap and yung fireworks tinipid, yung banda naman boses ipis! Sabi na nga ba wag mag NYE sa pool area eh, overprice di naman worth it. Waste of money! Room is superb okay, buti nalang di kami nag avail ng breakfast.

cyvacayyyA bit disappointing.
We arrived at Shell Residences around 2:40 PM and messaged the admin to ask whether we would be doing a self-check-in at the lobby since no instructions had been provided via WhatsApp. The admin replied that we should wait until 3:00 PM, which was our scheduled check-in time and what we were planning to do anyway.
We waited until 3:00 PM and sent a follow-up message since there had been no update from the admin. Around 3:18 PM, we were advised that Ate Mila would assist us. We met her around 3:40 PM and were finally checked in at almost 4:00 PM.
Ate Mila was very nice and accommodating—hats off to her!
However, when we arrived in the room, we set the air conditioner to 16°C and waited for about 30 minutes, but it was still not cooling properly. The Wi-Fi was also not working. Ate Mila went back and forth trying to fix the issues. She was able to get the air conditioner working around 5:30 PM, but the Wi-Fi was still down. Another staff member arrived around 6:00 PM, and the Wi-Fi was finally fixed around 7:00 PM.
This experience made me feel that the stay was not worth it. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, but instead of relaxing at 4:00 PM as planned, we spent several hours dealing with these issues. We had planned to watch movies and play games as soon as we arrived, but those plans were disrupted.
On the positive side, we enjoyed the swimming pool, and our check-out went smoothly at around 12:30 PM.
I hope the management thoroughly checks the unit before allowing future guests to check in.

Guest UserThe Atmosphere
The design strikes that perfect, delicate balance between rustic charm and thoughtful luxury. It doesn’t feel manufactured; it feels lived-in and deeply cared for.
The Lobby: Less of a reception area and more of a grand living room. There is a massive stone fireplace that burns all day, surrounded by mismatched leather armchairs, stacks of vintage board games, and a self-serve tea station with local honey.
The Lighting: You won't find a single harsh, white bulb here. Everything is soft amber, candlelight, and the amber glow of Edison bulbs, which instantly coaxes your brain into relaxation mode.
The Room: A Sanctuary of Comfort
The bed deserves its own dedicated review. Layered with crisp linen sheets, a heavy down comforter, and a chunky knit weighted blanket, it felt like sleeping inside a cloud.
[ Window Seat with Forest View ]

[ Velvet Armchair ] ---- [ Stone Hearth / Gas Fireplace ]
|
[ King Bed w/ Down Comforter ]
Every detail in the room was designed to slow you down:
The Nook: A deep, velvet window seat packed with plush pillows, perfectly positioned to watch the morning mist roll over the tree line.
The Bath: A deep, freestanding copper soaking tub. They provide small jars of handmade cedarwood and lavender bath salts that made the entire room smell like a woodland spa.
The Details: No plastic water bottles or generic tech. Instead, there was a vintage-style Marshall Bluetooth speaker playing soft acoustic jazz when we walked in, a ceramic electric kettle, and freshly baked shortbread cookies waiting on a ceramic plate.

B.kumiI stayed alone, but it would be perfectly fine for a couple too. The hotel has a swimming pool, and security is excellent. The appliances like the TV, fridge, and air conditioning all worked well. The bed was a bit saggy, and once you get towels, they aren't replaced during your stay. Given the great value for money, I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance.

We had a pleasant experience. Location close to MOA and airport. It was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and landmarks. Check in process was smooth and quick .The front desk staff were from Mindanao too. Overall its was a great stay for group travelers and big families.

We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay, but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.

It took time for the host to give the keys to us. Story time we checked in at night because our flight was late (host was informed), but upon arrival, we had to wait for about 30-45mins at the lobby bc apparently they were supposed to cancel our booking, but due to oversight they weren’t able to. We received no cancellation notification, so we assumed our stay was good to go.
They had no choice i think, and decided to let us in.
Nonetheless, the place has good access to spots. It’s walking distance to the airport and 10-15min ride to MOA arena via Grab. Room isn’t properly lit btw, lights are dim at night. TV has no working remote when we stayed. Cleanliness is okay. Wifi is also not so fast. Thankfully, we were still able to spend the new year and the neighborhood is such an experience! Good enough place for a short term stay.
(Lobby and outside street pictures at night attached. What you see in the booking photos are the same in actual)

Adz NikabulinLooking back at our time at the Airbnb—it wasn’t just about the place, but the memories we made under that roof. So grateful we had that space to relax and just be together. Definitely a stay for the record books!

Seriously, if you're coming here, make sure to let them know in advance! I tried to contact them a day before my arrival, but they didn't read my messages and kept hanging up my calls. I ended up waiting in the lobby for an hour. Honestly, I really don't recommend this place. Despite all that, the stay itself was okay. Oh, and the bed smelled, so I had to ask them to change the covers. Also, Netflix wasn't working in the room.

The location of the condominium is excellent within walking distance from the airport, but when booking you need to take into account that it is convenient to check in during the day. We had a late check-in and there were problems because it was difficult to contact the hostess. We checked in very late and were tired. The room was old, the bed linen, the air conditioning, the towels, everything was very old. The hotel was literally for one night. About the photographer
