"The hotel is excellent, the staff is polite, the staff is ready to help. There is a transfer to the beach. The food in the restaurant is varied. I liked the New Year’s program, it was fun. what I didn't like: 1) The hotel does not congratulate me on my birthday, although I am a regular customer. 2) The hotel guide, the woman who sits on the ground floor, who gave her permission to sit there? She ruined the whole impression of the hotel. She spoke disgustingly about the hotel staff, about the guides. She does not keep her distance when communicating with hotel guests, grabs everyone by the hand, wants to be too friendly, while she says a lot of negative things about the hotel itself. She imposes her tours on everyone, while saying that it is unsafe to buy tours from guides and is very expensive. She does not give guests a break, imposes her opinion on everyone. There was a case when a woman asked her for help, wanted to clarify where there was a restaurant nearby, to which she sharply replied that ask all questions to your guides, I am not an information desk. How can such an employee sit in such a hotel? How could the hotel allow this, I was very ashamed and unpleasant to watch her behavior. and I will not return to your hotel anymore."

"The hotel is terrible! We stayed here in May 2024. We stayed in a bungalow, and everything smelled musty, and it took a long time to get the smell out. The restaurant is mediocre; the food in three-star hotels is much tastier and better quality. After eating there, I developed gastritis and had to switch to pills. And about the beach: there are absolutely not enough sun loungers. It's stormy in Canada, and they don't let you lie in the sea under an umbrella; there's no way you can lie in the shade. All the sun loungers are booked for the whole day from the morning, and you're not guaranteed to find anyone. We went to shopping malls to while away the day. As a result, every day, these seemingly small things become annoying. Our vacation was so-so, and we'll never set foot in this hotel again. I don't recommend it, but you can always give it a try."

"The hotel is inside a mall, the rooms look like an office. Indoor swimming pool, very poor and too busy, not equal to the capacity of the hotel. I had a room with no view to the lake. It's good for sleeping and eating, but not for enjoyment. I had a problem with the bathroom also. Didn't enjoy my stay there."
