Crystal Plaza Hotel

The workers were very nice so can't complain, they also upgraded my room and helped me out parking the big suv I had in their spot. Recommended for a night or two!

This was a terrible accommodation booking. The female Filipino receptionist was awful. She behaved terribly. I booked the hotel for my friend. I told her I was going up to talk to her and pick up the souvenirs she bought. I know the rules of the place; I wasn't there to sleep, just to talk to my friend who was visiting for the first time. The receptionist called my room to tell me to come out. I checked the time; it was only 30 minutes. She repeatedly emphasized that it was a rule of the hotel. I know. Couldn't we just come up and chat with friends and make plans for tomorrow? And I swear to God, I will never book this hotel again. It was awful. The worst thing that's ever happened to me.

Disappointing stay at Crystal Plaza Hotel Al Nud, branch. The hotel did not provide basic necessities. There was no drinking water, the bed was uncomfortable, and even the towels were insufficient for two guests. No kettle or tea/coffee facilities were provided, which is a basic expectation.

The service is okay apart from the missing of the teapot in the room, the food is nice and at an affordable price. The environment is quite I like

Building a bit old and furniture too.....No water bottles given..Room not as I expected but ok.

There management arranged very good service

The parking was so tight and services was not as good as it is presented.
