I didn't have a good experience at this hotel, they seem to neglect room maintenance especially the bathroom it's claustrophobic in terms of their shower cabin which is very small, the iron was damaged the plug was broken and the service is very slow in terms of the housekeeping, the front desk was helpful and kind. Would I say here again, no. It's not worth the price or service. They really need to work many things.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had one of the most disappointing experiences in sharjah . We were slightly late for checkout, and while I completely understand being charged extra, the way the staff handled the situation was absolutely unacceptable. They were extremely rude, disrespectful, and made me feel like I was doing something wrong just for being a customer.
There was no courtesy, no professionalism, and no sense of hospitality — something you expect from any hotel in Dubai. I’ve never been treated this poorly as a paying guest. If you value respect, good service, and basic decency, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

The location is perfect especially if you are working the industrial area is just opposite. Service is good though checking in takes time. The hotel is really Clean. I would definitely recommend business travelers to stay there.

Location is next to one of the busiest roads. The hotel is ok if you’re just in need of a bed and staying 1-2 nights. My room was clean but what made me dislike was small things not functioning in the room, no hotter water than luke warm from the shower. Interned dropped off all the time.
