"The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Service with a smile. The location was great and the hotel was clean and orderly.We got our room at 20th floor with good view of the city The amenities were all functioning especially the gym, sauna, steambath and jacuzzi. The f&b staff were also very helpful and obliging. Only 1 incident where a female guest brought her 2 sons about 12 years old into the female section of the sauna/steambath/jacuzzi area which was distressing to my wife. The staff on duty was not around to help correct the situation. Nevertheless upon our complaint they were very apologetic n assured us it was an oversight n necessary action will be taken to avoid its recurrence. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there n also ate at their Jade Restaurant on 2 occasions. We have no doubt we will be back to this hotel in future"

Amenities were adequate for a short stay, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. While nothing felt overly luxurious, everything was functional and met expectations. For the price and purpose of the stay, it was a solid experience and I would stay here again if traveling through the area."
