"Center point energy mentioned there will be a power outage. The hotel put up the notice. I specifically asked the front desk lady if there is an alternative to power before checking in. She said Yes. When the power was out, all the rooms were in darkness, no hot water. But the reception and it's surroundings of the hotel has light. I felt decieved. There was no explanation why the alternative to power couldn't give light to the rooms we paid for. And the front desk continued saying sorry but nothing changed."

"This is absolutely the best hotel I've stayed at recently! The room was brand new, with a smart toilet, a screen-sharing TV, and other amenities—all super convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the room service was attentive and thoughtful, showing great care in every detail. The location is also excellent, convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"I booked this hotel because it says that this hotel does have an outdoor and heated indoor pool, but only to find out that only a small indoor pool that wasn’t even warm at all. So for us, it was a misleading information, my son is expecting for an outdoor pool for his birthday celebration here but he just got disappointed. Second is, I ask the housekeeping if she can give me a laundry bag, but she is kinda rude and says “no!”."
